Had a lovely breakfast and discovered a use for an unusual utensil :)

I have had for many years a wooden 3 pronged fork. No idea what it was for but when all the wooden spatulas and spoons were in the sink I used it to make scrambled eggs. What a wonder! Twas perfect :D

Melt about 40g butter in pan.
Crack 2 eggs in and add about 40g of full fat cream cheese
Heat on low and stir constantly.

Place in prewarmed bowl and top with sardines in tomato sauce (120g tin)

    Eat and be happy!

    Has approx 37g protein, 43g fat (4g omega 3) and 2.8g carb.

Has kept me going since 10am, just peckish now. Although my appetite may have been offset slightly by a can of Strongbow :)

Hope you are all enjoying nice weather and having a good weekend!

    MX

Forgot to add, I'm still at 11'6ish so no change there :) At least it's not going up

I ate macaroni cheese, lots of it.

Sweet -please don't leave me! I'm just pretending to ice now but I like the company on here. You can't get rid of me *digs heels in*

Just been to Mr A. Bought loads of lovely berries, although OH has already scoffed loads on the way home. Mr A's is definately cheaper.

Alias- you don't need to be jealous of me. No hols, no exciting life here. Our house is falling apart. i daren't eat baked beans or the roof may blow off. In laws in Germany have got the hump with me coz we didn't go to step-Bro-in-law's wedding in Stuttgart last month coz couldn't afford it. Of course this is my fault and nothing to do with golden boy OH. Oh well, at least we are saving some money phoning them at the mo if they aren't speaking to us!

Eating veggie sticks and creamy cheesy nice-ness dip now. numnumnum.

I'm hoping our tomato plants grow big and strong, because all this talk of toms is making me hungry.

have a nice evening all. :hello:

OK, had to share this with you all, just got an email from a close friend.

    WARNING TO WOMEN

You've heard about people who have been abducted and had their kidneys removed by black-market organ thieves.

My thighs were stolen from me during the night a few years ago.I went to sleep and woke up with someone else's thighs. It was just that quick. The replacements had the texture of cooked oatmeal.Whose thighs were these and what happened to mine?

I spent the entire summer looking for my thighs. Finally, hurt and angry, I resigned myself to living out my life in jeans. And then the thieves struck again.

My bum was next. I knew it was the same gang, because they took pains to match my new rear-end to the thighs they had stuck me with earlier. But my new bum was attached at least three inches lower than my original! I realized I'd have to give up my jeans in favour of long skirts.

Two years ago I realized my arms had been switched. One morning I was drying my hair and was horrified to see the flesh of my upperarm swing to and fro with the motion ofthe hairbrush. This was really getting scary - my body was being replaced one section at a time. What could they do to me next?

When my poor neck suddenly disappeared and was replaced with a turkey neck, I decided to tell my story. Women of the world wake upand smell the coffee! Those 'plastic'surgeons are using REALreplacement body parts.stolenfrom you and me! The next time someone you know has something 'replaced', look again - was it lifted from you?

THIS IS NOT A HOAX.. This is happening to women everywhere every night.WARN YOUR FRIENDS!

P.S. Last year I thought some one had stolen my boobs. I was lying in bed and they were gone! But when I jumped out of bed, I was relieved to see that they had just been hiding in my armpits as I slept..Now I keep them hidden in my waistband.
    PPS:
These same thieves came in my closet and shrank my clothes!
    How do they do it????

A timely warning to us all :rotfl:

Oh mercy that was brill, thanks for that,
I'm hoping someone will come along and steal my belly, i'm sure they could fashion a couple of pairs of 36 DD out of it... and 'tis of no use to me.

I came home so tired i wen to bed and went straight to sleep, woke up soo hungry tho and nothing to grab quick, so have had 3 scrambled eggs.

Am rather concerned as there was sugar on my ketostick this morning, my carbs were at 48g yesterday as i had half an apple and dreamfields pasta, but that is still low really so i dont know what to think :confused:maybe my insulin resistance is worse than i thought??

Focus, i wouldnt worry, as long as your clothes are getting looser. I only weigh at totm now as thats the only true reading i get.

My vit D arrived while i was in work... but no-one answered the door, so they are in the PO depot now til Monday  Kids

Was a bit disappointed as my new uniform top arrived, size 16, i can do up the buttons, but its too tight, icon9.gif the 18 is huge tho  It will now be my 'top of truth' and if it ever fits nicely, i will be well chuffed icon7.gif
