I didnt like to ask Ted again where he got his, so i googled, and the best i could find was on amazon 2400iu for £22.50,and is 360 soft gels, but iherb is much cheaper, not sure how much p&p will be though
Iherb Now Foods 5000IU are the cheapest.
Use any code from the referrer's board here for $5 discount.;)

Remember the post office rule too, someting about them charging £8
Only if you order more than £18worth. When I first started using IHERB the $<>£ ratio was different and it was possible to order 4 pots of D3, get a cheaper rate for buying 4 posts and then apply the $5 discount code and end up below the £18 customs threshold. However those days have gone and now you can only safely buy 3 pots for $26.40 £15.92 and avoid customs duty and the £8 charge the PO impose for collecting £3 tax.
, or is that with the coconoil
Coconoil is 10 litres for £75 delivered by carrier (no customs no post office)

Hoping my vit D will arrive today, have ordered more for my youngest, he doesn't like the sun either.
Shame about the iherb site, are much cheaper.

I am actually using my cross trainer now, (it is staring me in the face tho) :rotfl:

My clothes feel looser << is that even a word?:rolleyes:

On target with my weight loss graph, so by this time next year, hopefully, i will be 10 stone :j

Hello my lovely, glad to see your ugly mug again :rotfl:

I have taken mercys advice and ordered an extra large pill dispenser from ebay,
i dont usually forget (cos they are on my bedside table) i just cant be bothered to fiddle about with 8 different bottles (not including my meds) when i'm tired, so if i chuck a weeks worth into compartments, its literally throw them down my throat.
    :D :rotfl:

Oh, i am soooo common :D

    Trying to be good today.
I've got some chocolate sent to me for a Bzz campaign (see freebies forum) and it is begging me to eat it. I wish they would send me something useful, like a magic fat be gone tablet rather than chocolate and tampons. Oh well, beggars can't be chosers.
Woke up this morning to find the kitten (so far called Bernie, or Bernard when he is naughty because the name makes us laugh) had sickness and squitty poos all over the house. Luckliy we have wooden floors. Bernie is feeling much better now, well enough to shred a box of tissues and a newspaper.

    Have a nice evening OWAngel.
Sweet, OH bought that wine too, was a fab deal for a tenner. Just have to help him drink it now. ;)
Daisy -How did your hair turn out? We need photos!
Mazzers -Cross trainer? Oh, you mean my coat rack!
Alias- hello ...and all the other icers out there.
