    What, where, how, when

Heheh :p From the office of course! Different department, luckily, but it's only a small company so tongues are wagging with excitement. There's a work function this weekend involving camping and the two of us are sharing a tent, so by tomorrow night everyone will know! Oh well ;)

But he's properly lush. You would approve.

  • Evening all!
Sorry I haven't been able to post these last few days and to thank everyone who wished me a happy birthday. I was half way through a post on Tuesday (to say Mazzers, you made me smile first thing in the morning-not a bad achievement!) when the guys turned up with the tractor and trailer to take the boat to the crane. We got launched okay (although the mizzen wasn't put on until this afternoon) but our internet access then turned a bit flaky so wasn't able to keep up. 'is nibs has now managed to do something to get us connected so fingers crossed it will last until the end of this post!
Anyway, thank you everyone who wished me a happy birthday. Still ended up cooking and washing up as per normal but it did perk me up to realise so many people bothered to post.

Gawd Ted, 5000iu, i was only planning on taking 2000iu.

Mind you, i've never liked the sun, even on the med i've always been under the umbrella reading, i like it, just dont like lying in it, so there could be another reason why i'm fat and pre diabetic, litlte or no vit D.

Sounds reasonable to me, makes a lot of sense.

That's the exact same with me. Since reading Ted's posts on Vit D I have been making a point of getting out in the sunshine more but I know I need to get the supplements as well. ;)

I didnt like to ask Ted again where he got his, so i googled, and the best i could find was on amazon 2400iu for £22.50,and is 360 soft gels, but iherb is much cheaper, not sure how much p&p will be though.

Remember the post office rule too, someting about them charging £8, or is that with the coconoil
    Oh dear, where's Ted

Any trace of sun and I'm there - will only drive convertibles, sit next to open windows, whatever it takes. I can feel the vitamins soaking in! Aaaah!
