Happy Birthday Gaye - hope you're having a great time.:j

Well first day of being back on the low carb wagon was OK, craved peanuts about 9pm last night but didn't give in. Also went for a run/walk on the treadmill whilst watching Corrie last night so felt very proud of myself.

    Today,
B - fried egg and tomatoes
L - soya mince bolognaisey type thing plus large green salad with mayo
D - hmmm poss spicey chicken wings plus salad or cheesey leeks
Got some nice cottage cheese with cheddar for snacks with celery sticks if I get evening munchies....which I always do:rotfl:

The boyfriend bought wine. It's pink fizz, and it's lovely. hic!
I'm so pleased you meant mango, focus. I did wonder for a moment!

    Tomorrow's menu plan:

B - sliced beef rolled up with philly cheese
    L - tuna salad
    D - chicken cacciatore

    Hello!

Been v good again except for some nutty dark choc last night.

knowsley - you don't need to worry about taking flax oil, it'd not the best source of omega 3 but it's not actually bad at all. Here's a few lists of omega 3 : omega 6 ratios in different foods.

This one gives info on research

avstar and skintscotslass - it's amazing how much easier it is in the 3 months after 40 than the 3 months before :rotfl: Trust me on this, I did it last July :)

marrow - only you and yours can name your cat, only you know him :) I like Greebo, but mine are called Newton and Sherlock. Mate called hers Fatboy :) Knew one called Monkey. Guy at work called his Scruff. Personally, I choose names I don't mind calling when I want em in :rotfl:

focus - SOOOO glad that was mango :D

Can only be here a short while as Flight of the Conchords is on at 10.30 and wana shower first :)

Will try harder to get on comp!

    Big love

You don't have any control over what life throws at you.
You DO have control over how you react :)

You can, from lowcarbmegastore.com, they are rather thin, and not very syrupy, but are good for flavouring things and i think are meant for sweetening/ flavouring coffee.
I got lime, cherry and caramel, the cherry is gorgeous, the caramel and lime are not as nice, i have read that the egg nog is nice too.

If you are ordering you may as well get some dreamfields pasta as its like real pasta and the p&p will be the same, also you could get the gluten flour and give my bread recipe a go ;)

p.s. sorry for frittering your money away :D

I knew I should have looked at the wine when I was in there today!! Was trying to keep to budget so thought I'd wait until Friday (I knew I'd drink it before the weekend if I bought some today :o)

Having said that, you have just reminded me that I do still have some of the M&S offer wine in the cupboard, might just go & sneak a glass before bed ........ ;)
