    Welcome back, avstar :D

Btw, how BIG is the birthday??
  • I think that maybe buying meat is what makes the pennies add up. When I turned veggie (many years ago!) I started off by replacing one meal a week with a veggie meal, then 2, then 3 etc until it became easy to get my head around. I think low-carbing is a bit like that but I also think that one or two veggie meals a week would help money-wise? Ones with eggs and cheese (like crustless quiche) would be okay protein-wise as well.
Vegetarian. Have cut out all high carb food. Not following any particular plan.Started 20/1/2009. Weight lost so far 29lbs. Target weight loss 38lb in total.

Thanks for that info Focus, we eat quite a few pepperamis in this house.
I usually post tesco offers, but do forget sometimes, mind you, you can find all the current offers on the sites, is worth doing as some get missed otherwise.

Well done to sss and rosy, brilliant losses, think i'll prob stay the same this month, will weigh tomorrow and see.

Rosy i would think the cream cheese pancakes would be good for cannelloni.

Have only had a slice of nut bread toasted and a small chicken thigh today, am too tired at the mo, so will eat later, nap first.

Sweet, i went for my wellwoman app a couple of months ago, so off you go, get it done.. :D

I will get my BG tested in work as its free for staff but need to stick to lc first (not been very good this week) to see if its improved matters, will get it done on Saturday, am dying to know if it has improved.

Glad to see you marrow, and let us know how your app goes.

Off now for a snooze

Congrats on the loss SSS, that's brilliant!

I have lost 7lb this week, despite my adventures in chocolate on Saturday night. It is the first week though, so it'll be mostly water. According to WLR I've had between 20 and 30g carbs a day (not counting Saturday). Only another gazillion pounds to go!

Well done :j:j:j and you had chocolate!!!

Sorry to be thick but what is WLR?

Sweet - *adopts bossy tone* have you made that appt yet?
