i know daisy its so yummy :)

i made myself that chocolate dessert i was talking about yesterday. brought some cocoa which has no sugar :D mixed it with cream cheese and some splenda. then i lined a container with some greaseproof paper and spread the mixture out onto this and put it in the freezer. Even before it was frozen it tasted like chocolate mousse. It wasnt that thick about 1/2 a inch to a inch thick so after an hour it was quite firm (not solid but you could pick it up) cut it up into pieces and its like small bite size chocolate cheesecake. I love it!!! this is going to be my treat from now on. i only ate 4 pieces :D so got lots left. gonna keep it in the freezer to firm up. doesnt matter if it gets hard because ive already cut them up so can take as much out as i want! yay!! i love this diet, now i know i wont cheat cos i dont need to :D

How would you cook them Mazzers? I could do with some tips as they are great value!

I bought two packs the other week - did one with the Coleman's chasseur mix (delish but caused a lot of pain and made me windy :o). The other pack I roasted in lemon juice, oil and dried rosemary. OMG - it tasted fab!

I would probably just season and roast, but a great way to do chicken is with tikka powder, (tescos own brand) yogurt, lemon juice and oil, mix together and marinate chicken for at least an hour, then grill or roast, serve with yogurt and mint sauce.
(yogurt with splenda and mint sauce stirred through) is yummy

Mmm, that sounds fab Focus. I love this thread coz I get loads of ideas, and you guys always come up with something tasty when I am getting in an Icing rut.
Not really been hungry today. Had two portions of LC quiche and a taste of the cheesecake (mmm) but nothing else today. Think its because its warm. I'd better eat some veg tomorrow though or I'll never get out of my office (The office is what OH calls the loo coz I spend so much time and get all my mad ideas in there!) TMI??:o

Made a giant omlette for OH. It was so big (5 eggs, mushrooms & cheese) I had to finish it off under the grill. He managed to munch his was through it alright though.

    xx

    :rotfl: at your 'office' marrow.

I'm sorry to go on about it, but my latest loaf is huge, makes my first two look amatuerish.

It rose so much as i put in in full sun in the conservatory, what a difference, it didnt even take a full hour, in fact, it may have risen more, but i was rushing to cook it before work, the secret is to get the yeast, water and sugar frothing (activating) a bit i think, but the recipe doesn't tell you this, i actually remembered that little gem from my schooldays.. what a memory :rotfl:

Although its slightly drier that real bread, you dont notice, cos you've smothered it in butter and mayo :D

    What a diet icon7.gif

BTW, with regards to the previous chicken tikka recipe, i have made this with chunks of breast for my kids for years, they love it, i usually serve in a pitta with salad and the yog and mint on top.

good morning all, feeling in a great mood today thinking about all the things i can eat when i can get home from work lol.

this morning i felt so unhealthy. i know ive been losing weight and inches but i just feel so down about how much ive put on in the last year :( makes me feel shameful. Trying to be positive and think that at least im working on it :)

just wondered is anyone cutting out the fruit and just sticking to the berries? i havent been strict with myself and still eating fruit whenever i fancy it. I need it really, cant live on just meat and veg :)
