OMG, alias that is weird!! There are so many naughty thoughts going through my mind right now but I'm too polite to share them with you!! :rotfl: Btw, is it just me or does it look like something is poking out of his 'speedos' on pic 1?! Reminds me of a rude t-shirt pic I was emailed a while ago!! :rotfl:

mazzers, I'm aiming for £100 per week but hoping for much less!! Worked out a typical month for us is £550 & that's just Tesco & Co-op shopping, I also spend a fair bit in Home Bargains on rubbishy things for the kids & hubby. Did a shop in Tesco today, spent about £45 but no meat to show for it  To be fair, I'm going to be doing a lot more cooking/baking from scratch so some of that cost was herbs, spices etc which I won't need to buy again for a while.

    All cocoa is sugar free!

Holland and barret have tahini, but I usually get mine from asian shops.
There is nothing either good or bad but thinking makes it so.

Hiya Focus, try your local supermarket for tahini - I've always found it in tesco or sainsburys when I've needed it (and it lasts for ages).

I was amazed by baba ganoush when I first tried it! It has such a fantastic flavour - it makes hummus seem really dry & gritty in comparison. (But it is a bit of a faff to make it compared to picking up a tub of hummus in the supermarket!)

    Thanks LittleMissAspie

I will eat anything that's my problem! I love full fat yogurt & at the weekend I will def have bacon & egg. I am just cutting out carbs
A few questions, is it alright to eat anything that has 5g or less per 100g of carbs ? If this is how it works, how can you have peanuts as they seem high in carbs? I have been looking at the recipes Which are great I will be trying them. What size portions do you have & how many snacks can you have ?
I have noticed that when people post their menu's there are no snacks are you allowed them ? I have been doing this since Saturday and haven't felt hungary, feel great & this forum is such a great help, Thanks
