I got back to it ok.
Am so tired though, not done a lot after all, and already had a nap, i feel completely drained. Wondering if it was the carbs yesterday, had a belly ache and felt sicky all morning.
Didnt eat til 2pm but had bacon and eggs then.
Gawd knows whats for later, too tired to care0 -

Hi gunsand..., you & your hubby are very welcome to join us.
You could make Mercy's Mexican Fudge one night & have it cold the next morning?? See recipe list on page 1 but it's basically like quiche without the pastry. You don't have to stick to the recipe, I've made it with ham & cheesy leeks as the chillis didn't agree with me!!You could make a couple of different fudges at a time, very MSE
, if it's for both of you. One fudge is 4 servings & it lasts 2-3 days in the fridge, wrapped in foil.
Do you have a microwave?? Some peeps on here have quickly re-heated omelettes on a morning & apparently that works better than you might think.
Suppose same could be done for sausages, cooked the night before & either eaten cold the next day or quickly zapped in the microwave??0 -

Badger, with what you have eaten (drool, drool), you are lucky not to have put weight back on!! If that had been me (as if ) I'd be 11st13 now!! :rotfl:
You seem to have reached that pesky plateau stage & I'm sorry, but having never reached that point, I don't know what to suggest!!0 -

That sounds like one BIG omelette!! :rotfl:
Gunsand..., you could make something like this & re-heat in the micro the next morning.0 -

Aw, poor mazzers, hope you are feeling a bit perkier now??
Does make you wonder if it's your 'reaction' to having too many bad carbs yesterday. Not worth it, eh??0 -

It's touch and go whether I'll be able to post much for the next couple of weeks (and months). Am off to the boat tomorrow and won't be back until September "wake me up when September comes" (have tickets to see Greenday in Toulouse on 2nd October!). I will have internet access at times but not constantly, so I hope I'll be able to keep in touch. I'm taking my scales with me. I'm not sure whether they'll work on a boat, but there's only one way to find out! I don't think I could bear to not know what my weight was doing for 4 months!Vegetarian. Have cut out all high carb food. Not following any particular plan.Started 20/1/2009. Weight lost so far 29lbs. Target weight loss 38lb in total.0
