The scales say I've only lost 6lbs, but as long as im losing it in inches, i dont care. I just need to find the time to exercise now.
What kind of exercise do u lot do in the house?
xxx
I recently bought a cross trainer off ebay for £33 :T

The same with me onewing, i have lost under a stone on the scales but lots of inches, it definately looks more than 13lb.
I am craving a big sticky bun or cake and custard so am going to have to rustle up some pancakes.
Great info Ted, dont know if i'm having enough tho, will have to up my consumption.0 -
Angel,
I would think that with two little ones to look after, a)that would be all the exercise you would need and b) you wouldn't have time to do anything else. I remember trying to exercise when I had two little ones but because I was breast feeding, it wasn't very successful (without going into too much detail!)
BTW, how long does a 100g bar of dark chocolate last with most peeps? Mine is about a week. Is that good, bad, or indifferent? (or does no-one else notice!)Vegetarian. Have cut out all high carb food. Not following any particular plan.Started 20/1/2009. Weight lost so far 29lbs. Target weight loss 38lb in total.0 -

Eewww, my 'pancake' from page one, was not nice, twas like scrambled egg with sweet cherry sauce, not a good combo, i will stick to the almond flour ones off youtube in future, although, would prob be nice in a savoury dish.0 -

I've been off-plan for like the whole of May, so it's time to start trying properly again. By some miracle, I haven't actually put on any weight
I found some glittery star stickers indoors so I've made a health and fitness star chart! We'll see if this helps me stick to my plan.
Does anyone have a good quiche recipe? The one listed in the recipe list, I can't find for some reason.0 -

There's this one on youtube, I would prob use cream instead of the milk tho.
Or you could make Mercy's 'fudge' which is like quiche.
