Did someone have a spreadsheet for keeping track of progress? I could do with one now that I’ve decided to knuckle down!
That would be me!
pm me with your email, start and end dates and weights and I'll do you one if you like, but you'll have to wait till next week.0 -
Hello all!
I resisited the chocolate but it was touch and go. Have to go shopping today as there is nothing in the house (as OH has just complained, inbetween staring at the computer game).
Been good so far today, mainly coz been poorly with TOTM, but planning to have a nice stir fry later and probably berries and yoghurt for pud if still hungry.
Greetings Mini Huny Money, think i'm gonna have to call you mini for short.
Mazzers, your tastes are not as weird as mine. I used to eat a plate of stewed cabbage with gravy (nothing else). Picked gherkins & tomato sauce anyone? I can eat anything, anytime, probably what got me into this state in the first place!! I'm really picky with food too, so why is there so much of me?:D
Is jelly low carb? OH is trying icing too and wants some.

You jammy git daisy...I am sooo jealous. Have a brill time!
Well I am going to get very friendly with my wine tonight. I have had men (mine in particular) up to here *raises hand to ceiling height*. Just when I think we're sorted, he goes and says stupid things that make me want to go out a get a man who actually thinks before he opens his mouth.
How many times can you say 'I didn't mean it like that' or 'I was only joking'? You can only laugh things off so many times you know.
Have a nice night ladies. I may be back, depending on whether I can see the keyboard or not. :rotfl:Herman - MP for all!0 -
I'm with you on that - minging indeed. Mind you I think Splenda is pretty revolting.
I've bought the Eryth... (can't remember exactly what) from low carb megastore and have even put some in a jar with a vanilla pod (as I used to with castor sugar) for baking and its fab!
I did also have some very strange stuff that I can't find ATM - made I think from mango or something similar - that was good but went completely solid in the pot, will post if I remember when I turf out the cupboard next.
I found stevia very un-sweet, so had to keep adding it to custard and then it tasted awful tangy, but still not 'sweet'.
Not my cup of tea at all, and it cost quite a lot too..
Hanspan, thats perked you up, getting your teeth into another graph:rotfl:
Ooh daisy, have a brill time, lucky you.
I will be saving all my pennies in future for holidays, i have even cancelled sky, and we've had that for years :T
Marrow, i have resisted the lure of wine for two nights, and i really fancy a glass tonight, but i will be going overboard tomorrow
I doubled £30 worth of clubcard points to spend instore, and got 8 lovely 1/2 price wines for £30, so still have another £30 left.

Good morning all :hello:
Tis a beautiful morning here :j
mazzers, enjoy your lamb dinner. Did you know there's a report about burping lambs in the newspapers today?! A bit like farting cows apparently, bad for the environment!! :rotfl:
Enjoy your night out & no getting into any 'fights' this time!!
daisy, hope you have a lovely time in Portugal, lucky you
alias, hope you enjoyed your wine last night, presumably you drank so much that you couldn't see the keyboard, lol!!
Hello to everyone else & have a lovely day :wave:0 -
Morning all. Tis a lovely day here too this morning, sun shining and birds tweeting. Kinda lifts your mood when it's a nice day.
Rubbish sleep last night, was at least 3am before I got off then I woke again at 5am. I was stone cold sober too (not for want of trying mind). I'm not going to sit around today, I'm going to try to deal with the last of the understairs cupboard that just got left the other day. Hopefully I'll tire myself out so I get a decent night's sleep tonight.
Did anyone see the sleep prog with Dominic Diamond in it btw? He had serious insomnia and he was cured by being in his bed less, ironically. He felt much more positive and happy generally just with getting some decent sleep. I know not getting proper sleep affects my mood and it also makes me want to eat more....I read an interesting article about why this is, but I can't remember what site it was on or I'd have linked to it.
Mazzers, well done with the pound off. I think you've really got things sussed now, I wish I could get to the same mind set as you. Have a good night out.
*waves to everyone*...have a good day.Herman - MP for all!0
