I just knew i shouldnt've bought those scotch rolls, i tried to resist but they are a fave, so, i had one with a homemade burger in and a slice of cheese.
On reflection tho..
its only about 25g carbs, and i have only had a babybel a mini pepperoni and a pkt of scratchings so far, so if istick to meat and fish for the rest of the day i shouldn't have done too much damage.0 -
Lesley, it takes some willpower to have a day off and get straight back on it on a regular basis.
Do you find it hard to get back on??
If i have a day off i find it very difficult to get back on track, and usually have a few days off.0 -
I've got some.. is mingin,
You can buy it as a health food but not as a sweetener.
Or something like that.
I dont rate it at all, would rather use splenda, i dont find it that sweet either.
I'm with you on that - minging indeed. Mind you I think Splenda is pretty revolting.
I've bought the Eryth... (can't remember exactly what) from low carb megastore and have even put some in a jar with a vanilla pod (as I used to with castor sugar) for baking and its fab!
I did also have some very strange stuff that I can't find ATM - made I think from mango or something similar - that was good but went completely solid in the pot, will post if I remember when I turf out the cupboard next.0
