    Hello!

Had a nice day with some bargains. Home Bargains are doing Princes yellowfin tuna in tomato stuff, micro pkgs for 69p. I got 4 :) Had one earlier and it was very nice. Thinking of getting one out and using to stuff peppers with tomorrow, along with other things.

sweets - I'm happy to take the compliment of nuttiness :rotfl: everyone's good at something. ;)

    Today
    keto + supplements
B- crispy bacon (cooked last nite and munched whilst getting ready to go out)
L - seafood cocktail (1/2 price:)) then tuna steak and salad
    keto once more
D - yogurt and pecans with a little sweetener.
snacks - several slices of turkey ham, shared with cats but most going to me (''it's not cat food, you shouldn't be having ANY, oh go on then, I can see you're starving to death. Doesn't your mummy ever feed you?'')
and a few lovely VDark cherry chocolates.

I also have enjoyed a very slow bottle of red. Well it's the holidays and to be honest much less than I'd normally get down my neck in these situations.

Got some cat food from HB too, they like what they've tried so far. It's not that much cheaper than supermarket stuff, though, if at all. Think it's good to give furries a change in diet now and then, stops their digestive systems getting too stuck on one thing, making changes disaterous  Am waiting till the biscuits are gone to try em on some new ones (HB) If they like em then there's a real saving there as they WERE cheap :D

I have a vested interest in the 'clearing the clutter' talk on here earlier. I like the idea of a 20 min clear out and like most on here do not think that would be anywhere like enough :rotfl: But 20 mins a day WOULD make more of a difference than 0 mins a day, surely? Will be giving it a go.

I do that in a way already but that's just surface stuff and general tidying. Need to go deeper.

Thanks alias, you have inspired me cos you are actually tackling it. I know it takes bravery and a certain 'gung ho' approach! I admire your relentlessness and can sympathise with not wanting to let go of all the !!!!!!. Big love hun! I wanna do it now too! Do let us know how

 Under The Stairs  went.

Good whatever folks, (check out the time)

I woke with a start wondering where my mums wedding ring was??
    She probably poked me awake..

Was on my finger but it keeps slipping off lately, not there now.icon9.gif

Will have a good search when its light,

Agree with Mercy, 20 mins of decluttering a day will only allow surface cleaning in this house.
Will try and do one room a day.

Ah well, i'm going for a coffee.

    Morning Mazzer and everyone else

Yesterday was a good day for me

    B: Nowt cos I was too busy:o

L: Grilled pork chop and two poached eggs

T: Mackerel Salad with yoghurt and strawberries for pud

I havent got on the scales this morning so dont know if I am up or down but if I'm up it can only be fluid so not too fussed.

I did my hour on the wii fit yesterday and for those of you losing and planning to lose big the muscle workouts etc are great for tightening up the loose skin.Theres nothing worse than losing all the weight and having a saggy tummy so you cant show it off:o

Thank god its Friday is all I can say:D

    Yesterday I had

B - Small slice flax bread loaded with cream cheese.
L - Salad with mackerel in s/flower oil
D - pork chop BBQ sauce, salad and half a sweet potato

I also made some little sweetie things to eat the coconut oil.

    4tbsp coconut oil
    1 tbsp cocoa
    1 tbsp peanut butter
    6 drops stevia

mixed all put into 6 cake cases and put in fridge, it was the most like chocolate I've eaten for about 6 weeks. I had 2 of those.

I used a calculator I saw on here on a link from Ted which said I should only be having 44g of protein a day, I am finding it hard to stay under that limit, but my carbs and fat are both under what I've set.
There is nothing either good or bad but thinking makes it so.

    Morning all :hello:

Sorry about last night :o I really shouldn't be left alone with a bottle of wine, I just can't be trusted.

Anyway, think it was combination of wine mixed with start of PMT and a sprinkling of MOTM  Hormonal hunger/fed up-ness strikes again. In other words, I don't have a hope in hell of sticking to low-carb for the next week or so. I know it & so do my hormones, evil things!!

Off to do a bit more feeling sorry for myself-ness so may catch up with you all later :wall:

Morning everyone, all this clutter talk is making me want to declutter my room. I have too much junk and its everywhere lol. Maybe that can be a job for me over the weekend :) we will see. lol

I think i need to be stricter with my diet and lower my carbs intake because right now im very flexible with it all, like i just tend to stay away from the big ones, bread, pasta, rice and potatoes but need to read labels more. Just dont have much money so grab whatever is cheapest :o anyway that will be another job for this weekend, eat correctly for 3 days!! it cant be that hard right? :D

awww sweet hope you feel better soon. :) i had an emotional sort of day yesterday felt like crying for no apparent reason  it happens to all of us.

    Hello again folks,
Not slept very well, kept dreaming about the ring. (no, not the horror film)

Had a bit of a search, but no luck, then i had a bit of a brainwave.

My exfoliating gloves.. and there is was. So

th_RIP.jpg Mum, i've found your ring.
I had better stop wearing it as its become very loose now.
I am off for some breakfast now.

Mazzers I'm so glad you found your mum's ring. Could you maybe get it resized? Would be a shame if you can't wear it for fear of losing it xx

Sweet - have a hug. Everyone - have a hug :kisses3: Just wanted to say a quickie hi :hello: to everyone, I'm still sort of here:o Just diet's not going too well:o And don't get me started on cleaning and decluttering! Where the hell to start - I admire you all for tackling it.

Anyway. Roll on 5.30! Cannot wait for the weekend :j

Have a good day everyone

    Much love,

Sazzy it lovely to see you on the thread again. Will pm you in a mo for a catch up.

Well havent done my wii fit but all this talk of decluttering lit a fire under my backside and I've finally cleared away all the camping clutter that I have been ignoring for the last week so the house looks tidier now

Jumped on the scales before showering and I've lost a lb so I'm a happy bunny. But boy am I hungry today I've had brekkie of two sausage and two scrambled eggs which is unusual for me as I dont usually eat till dinner

Mazzer I'm delighted that you found your mothers ring and instead of having it resized why dont you get some of those plastic clips you can fit on the back of rings. They only cost a few pence and then if like me your hands swell or shrink according to your fluid retention you'll always be able to wear the ring
