  • I'm just sneaking in, quietly, to say that I've had more chocolate tonight (equates to 22g carbs). That would have been it, but I was sooooo hungry I've just had 2 pieces of white toast with philly. Don't tell anyone though. :shhh:

Oh HIM!! now i see his pic i know exactly who you mean :rotfl:

gawd no,im nothing like that!!! Though i do get a bit weird about recycling & freak out if lids left on etc :o

anyway- i dashed into docs today at 5:50pm to jump on scales (not the exact same pair nurse uses to weigh me but well i thought were near enough) and they said 97.7  but my clothes do feel looser so trying not to fret about it & will get weighed on nurses scales on 1st June when shes back from hols.

speaking of hols i'm away in 5 weeks :j but already thinking about when we eat out & how to not go mad on carbs but still enjoy hol & not worry about it either. not really a salad fan though. any ideas please??

Off to bed now folks, nighty night, see you tomorrow
