    Yay.. four in a row..

Jordy, i copy mercy and use coconut oil in my coffee, it does go oily on top but is not in the least unpleasant.
I miss it when i have a coffee in work.

I think the cheap one is good for cooking as there is no taste, but the good one gives a coconut tatse so is great in curries or stir frys etc.

Btw moomi, beansprouts are ok, in fact, i usually get the basic stir fry mix, is mostly all ok, just avoid mange tout and baby corn.

actually, I just ate some of the H&B stuff off a spoon, and it's a lot like creamed coconut which I love.
There is nothing either good or bad but thinking makes it so.

Oh b*llocks I am so bad at this. Interesting article sweet. Definitely some unresolved issues going on in my life that's for sure. :(

Contents of under stairs cupboard now strewn across kitchen/livingroom/hall floor. Got one black bag full for the bin and that's it. Got boxes full of 'stuff'.....my old Chemistry 'O' Grade book (failed btw ) the little 1st prize cup my hamster won when I was a kid, letters from various people, 'useful' items such as bendy tie things and squared graph paper, a few collector's things like a Gund teddy in a box and a Limited Edition Winnie the Pooh boxed set thing, family games, a silver candlebra thing that belonged to my Mum and is not in great condition and will never be used, loads of 'craft' bags full of 'bits' that my daughter uses....crap, crap and more crap. I'm sat looking at it all and I want to cry. This stuff is sooooo getting me down so why cant I just lob it?

I can't bring myself to get rid but I need space. I've just had tea and rich tea biscuits. F***.

(That was meant to be flip btw.....no idea why it got 'asterixed' out.)

Sorry... I know this isn't crapcollectors anonymous...got a bit carried away there. :o

OH is the same, can't bear to throw anything out. I gutted Keira's bedroom yesterday whilst OH was at work, got 3 bin bags full of carp, I can't do it whilst he's around as he is like "Oh but she played with this about 3 months ago for 60seconds so we can't throw it out...." I hate the tat he brings back from carboots etc aswell, all plastic stuff with little bits that I end up standing on.....

If it makes ya feel better, at least you ain't like Mr Trebus :p

alias - put those rich tea biscuits down, now!!

Just finished reading that 'clutter' article - I confess I hadn't read the whole thing when I posted the link  It wasn't very well written, bit like a college case-study, but the gist of it was right, I think.

I definitely feel overwhelmed by clutter, the more there is, the less able I am in doing anything about it!! I do think it has a negative effect on me, it gets me down, makes me feel fed up/frustrated, forces me to eat Rich Tea biscuits etc!! ;)

But, I'm a sentimental old fool & will keep the tiniest thing if it 'means' something/has memories attached to it.

Think I might attempt the '20 minutes a day de-clutter' - I have so much carp though, it could take years!!

There is no way on this earth that any of you have as much carp as my OH - 20 mins a day would mean looking at it and going "I'll do it tomorrow"

Sorry not been around - OH has been having a few more fits than normal so took time out to pester the docs all over again into believing that there is something wrong - took a video took on my mobile to convince them there was something worth investigating. Amazingly enough they now believe me

Haven't been LCing much so haven't lost any but somehow only managed to put a couple of pounds on. Am slowly getting back into the swing of things once again - need to look through the recipe list on here again and get some more ideas.

Be back soon - and hi to anyone I've not seen before - welcome to the madhouse :rotfl:
