It's not R.I.P yet though, as long as I don't close it, twill last.....hopefully. Glad I got house insurance 2months ago :p

You should share some of that vodka, I finished all mine. Highly depressing just packed my suitcase and all my clothes are !!!!!!, I know we are going into town one night....I have a boobtube I could wear but I hate my minging flabby arms, guess I'll just go for the ol fail safe strappy vest top that is a boobfest, that way I'll feel nice, and drunken people won't notice my gross arms if my paps are in their face (well except women, who will rip me to shreds) Can you wear a nice top with a long cardigan? It's all I have that covers my arms, that or checked green shirt, lol, I don't have a coat! Well i do but it is a size 18 so makes me look fatter when I wear it, god i can ramble. Moral of the story is, my clothes are !!!! and my arms are ghey.

No I won't be with my OH, he's going to Rockness with his friends, so I'm going down to my friends house for the weekend, alone, childfree time, ahhhhh bliss. For my own sanity I need a break, Keira is obsessed with ben 10 and the 1st thing that's out her mouth and repeated 3473534584 times a day is "muuuuuum I want ben 10 skates" "Muuuuuum i want a ben 10 skateboard" "muuuuum I want a ben 10 bed" Don't you just love adverts on the tv!

Have a good sleep, I'm off to bed too

I get free range eggs from a guy at my dads work and I have no clue about their expiry date, i'll just eat them regardless or shot them in a cake, can't taste them then :p

    Egg geek alert!

When you buy an egg from the supermarket, it's generally about one month old, will still have another month before expiry, and (particularly if kept in fridge) will be edible for some time after that.

From a smallholding or other direct source, you get the eggs fresh from the chicken's bum  so you'd have to be incredibly slow eating them to have a problem!

  • Button, when you go to your friend's house, could you not have salad with everything? Instead of a ham sandwich, ham and salad? Salad with bol? How about fruit for breakfast if there's nothing else? It would be better than going hungry or living off carbs. If you tell your friend that you are 'dieting' I'm sure she'll be only too pleased to give you salad all the time because she would understand that. Or maybe egg and bacon for breakfast? I'm sure you'll find a way round.

    morning ladies

another day another flaming fight with the scales,I was a good girl yesterday apart from the m&s choccy bite that I had to eat to show the kids that they werent poisoned.I'm not kidding my kids look upon anything new I buy with such suspicion that you'd think I was trying to flaming poison them!Thankfully it hasnt done any harm but tbh I didnt enjoy it much and the kids did eat them after I showed them they were edible

I'm starving this morning so I reckon sausage and poached eggs are on the menu for brekkie with makerel, coleslaw and tomato for lunch.I'm going to take some mince out of the freezer and make a big pan of bolognese sauce for tea.The kids can have spaghetti with it but I just have a bowlful with cheese on top mmmm lovely

    Have a good day

morning everyone!! eggs dont last long in our house, we (me lol) eat alot of them when i can. like every other day i have 2 or 3 of them. Love them on this diet. :D

last night i was dying to jump on the scales and because i had given my set away i couldnt :( this morning ran into boots and paid 50p!! its not loads but im trying to be mse lol anyway ive lost 0.5lbs and shrunk o.5 inchs  kind of sad about only losing 0.5lbs but at the same time i know its not my normal scales and normally i weigh in the nude :o so if i evaluate all this info i must have lost more than that lol or am i trying to make it sound right with weird logic :rotfl:

Anyway in a badish mood, want to be less grumpy today!! lol

    Morning all. :)

Getting a bit worried about sweet's no-show now...what'cha doing girl? Just busy? Fed up icing? Fed up with life in general? Typical...I come back and you sod off.:p:D

You got a sore head this morning mazzers? :D

Have a good break buttons, I'm sure you'll not be able to do toooo much damage in a weekend, lol.

Thanks for the egg info Badger....you're on a roll now. :rotfl: (Egg.....roll get it? Just me then :rotfl:)

Lol lesley, I believe you needed to try the choccy bite thing. No really I do.:rotfl:;)

focus...talking to yourself is kinda a pre-requisite around here, dont worry about it. :D Sounds like you lost more than half a pound to me btw. Clothes & shoes allowance is usually anywhere between 2-4lbs depending on what they are.

Well I was good all day yesterday until 11pm last night when I was starving and there was not one single suitable thing in this house to eat. So I had cornflakes. If I've got any hope of sticking to this I'm really gonna have to go out and do a big shop. I'm so flipping busy just now though and by the time I'm done, I'm knackered and cant be bothered. Today's task is the cupboard under the stairs....tis an all day job if ever I saw one. I have decided the clutter is making me miserable and I have to deal with it otherwise I'll be in a mood forever more.

Off to have my 'get going' cuppa now. See you all later.

Sweet's a bit on the quiet side today?

Lol, methinks you know me [STRIKE]too[/STRIKE] so well?? :o

Bet you [STRIKE]knew[/STRIKE] suspected I was being naughty?! And you were right!!

I was just soooooo hungry yesterday & couldn't face 'filling up' on cheese, eggs, meat etc. So I had potatoes (jersey royals, how could I resist?!) with my dinner. And chocolate for supper. There [STRIKE]were[/STRIKE] may have been other carbs that sneaked in as well.

But, it was only a blip (I hope). Back to sanity today.

    B - 2 pork escalopes & buttery scrambled egg x 2
L - may have roasted pepper
    D - bolognaise with cheesy cauli/broc mash

Think I was eating too much fruit & not enough fat the last few days & that's why I was so hungry. So, going to knock the fruit on the head for a bit & see how I feel, no more strawberry tarts for a while!!

    Happy days everyone :D
