    COCONUT OIL USERS!

    Got an email from coconoil
    http://www.coconoil.co.uk/buy/index.html

Get £1 off 460g tub. Free delivery. Just checked out site and that means either 1 of them will be £10 or if you buy bulk with 3 you get them for £21! Delivered!

All you do is use code VEG as they are celebrating vegetarian week.

This offer is only available from now until Midday on 26th May 2009

I'll be going for the 3 pack. Almost 1 free when compared to H&B charges at the mo. If I go to H&B it costs bus fares too :rotfl:

Actually, that's for the organic stuff. If you just want plain coconut oil then the deal is 3 for £17, 1 for £8. Delivered!

Oh, and they use paypal too :)

Ladies I'm sorry for being AWOL all week.I've been packing etc ready for the camping trip that was meant to start today but due to torrential rain occurring today and more forecast for the weekend we have decided to cancel.I've tried to be good but not as good as I should be so 2lbs have crept on plus I cant be arsed with wii fit which doesnt help and AF finally arrived which makes me even more crammed and prone to cheating. But I promise I will do better.Right I'm off now to write 100 times 'I will not stick my head in the biscuit barrel and eat my way out':rotfl:

My menu is all to pot today, had pork escalope & a fried egg for my dinner tonight seeing as I had some chicken at lunchtime. So will have zero's chicken pesto tomorrow, or at least that's the plan!!

I have a nice full belly though!! ;)

Made 6 mini almond pastry tart cases & have had 3 tonight with stewed strawberries (thanks for that idea mazzers, was lush!!) & rather too much whipped cream (forgot the amount of double cream 'grows' when you whip it!!) :o

    Bl00dy gorgeous!! :D

Not been posting much lately, but have been reading most of the thread.

Noticed that someone recently was asking again about pancakes using soya flour: 1/2 oz soya flour, 1 egg and 40 ml water makes 2 pancakes. If you fill 'em up with something yummy and add a sauce, you don't notice that they're not quite the real thing. I haven't yet used them in place of cannelloni or lasagne sheets, but I think they'd work pretty well.

Had them this evening filled with garlic mushrooms and spinach, with cheese sauce on top; salad on the side.

Hope you're all doing well. I don't think I shall make my (admittedly optimistic) target of 8 and a half stone by the time I go on hols at the end of June, as it seems to get harder and harder to stay on track, and my loss is now very slow. But going from 12 st 7 lb to 9 st 2 lb isn't bad, so even if I don't lose any more I shall wear my tankini with my head held high (and my still-flabby belly drooping low...).

    1) many patients with low cholesterol will go on to develop heart disease.

    2) In many patients with cholesterol above 280, angiograms show normal coronary arteries. They don't have heart disease.

    3) Population studies discredit cholesterol. For example, the French have the highest cholesterol levels in Europe of 250, and they also have lowest incidence of heart disease. On the Greek Island of Crete, average cholesterol is well over 200, yet there was not a single heart attack there in ten years.

    4) Half of all heart attacks occur in people with normal total cholesterol.

    Stevia.

It's apparently the most natural and healthy sugar-alternative (both Atkins and Elliot praise it) but it's not licensed in the UK.
