...love it when you bite into a gooey fatty one.

_pale_ *yeuch* *spit* ...and other such descriptive noises. :D

Hiya. :D You've done very well with your weight loss....get yourself on over to the 'good bench'. I'll wave to you from time to time from the 'sinner's corner' ;):rotfl:.

Morning all. *waves*. Piddling down rain here this morning. Grey skies and depressing outlook. When does Summer arrive?

Kinda had a small urge to get the finger out today. Ice cream got finished last night, as did the large Tesco Tiger Loaf. Kinda bad timing though wil MOTM leading on to TOTM (cos I'm actually not very sure where I am...I'm just feeling moany :rotfl:.

    How's everyone else today?

Youngest got his driving test at two today, so fingers crossed.

Is sunny, cloudy and very windy here.

Mercy, am going to take your advice and get some crackers for breakfast, actually fancied the 'compressed hamster bedding' everyone went on about on the other thread :D Is some sort of swedish crispbread.

I have acquired a taste for pork scratchings now but hate the soft bits, yeuch and spit is right:rotfl: only like the crunchy bits.

Also button, i would try ricing the cauli, is supposed to be very rice like.

Can also recommend this curry, am off to make again today.

    Nice article ! !
I can support Low carb diets.
But very few people have the mental capabilities to sustain a disciplined low carb diet in this carb-infested culture we live in .

Very true, but we do our best :D
And have many LC substitutes for favourite high carb foods.
