Forgot to say, Badger, when you are interviewing your lodgers, do you ask them how they would feel about their new landlady pole-dancing in the house?! I would love to see their faces!! :rotfl: That's a jaw-dropping smilie btw!!0

Hi sweet.
Happy now? :rotfl:
I am a useless biatch. MacDonalds for lunch today. I have no idea how to break this patch I'm in. It's not just diet related, it's life related and I can't actually change the things that are bothering me so I'll just need to get on with it, lol. I need a way of feeling better about things so that I dont get my only pleasure from cheating. I is a waste of space at the moment. I'm back to eating so many carbs each day that I'm craving them as soon as I wake up in the morning.
Please note: I am not moaning or angling for sympathy. I only inform you so you have a reason for my present anti-social tendancies. :rotfl:
Lol Badger, are we to expect a new update on the Lodger saga thread? That kept me entertained for months.
Sweet, we have driving wind and rain up here...then sun for maybe 20minutes then driving wind and rain...then sun etc. Couldn't cut the grass if I wanted to. Despite the fact I dont actually have any anyway.:D

Been to the Library & made sure I walked the long way round to get a bit of fresh air/exercise - had the 'been dragged through a hedge backwards' look when I got home though as it (the weather ) is still quite windy here.
, this low-carb makes me sooooo tired sometimes.
:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: just in case i pass comment eh?
I think LC makes me tired too, not really sure tho as i'm a very sleepy person
More so since i'm on meds that cause fatigue (valsartan and cardicor, incase you want to look it up and see if i'm lying) :rotfl:
Even before the meds my friends were always moaning at me cos i was always in bed.sleeping, i'd better add

When I'm feeling sleepy I eat. Not necessarily anything naughty but I just keep on going - for example, this afternoon (since lunch):
- Punnet of olives
- Containerful of Quorn fajita strips
- 2 Greek yoghurts
- Punnet of seeds
- 3 satsumas and a green banana

OK Ladies
We have heard many times that even if your weight doesn't change, your shape can. This I have experienced myself.
This time, my boobs have grown. No joke! It's ace as I now finally have some sort of bosom. If I press my elbows together I even get a decent cleavage! Still feel fatty around middle but my sit ups make it so much easier to hold it in more. :rotfl:
Not due to weigh in till tomorrow (2 weeks) but don't think I've lost much if anything. I have been 11 stone previously when not low carbing and didn't have any boobs then so it can't just be weight.
In the last 4 weeks I've had to start wearing bras as I was sore if I didn't. So I now own 7 of themLove shopping! :rotfl:
I have had comments and oggling at work which is nice, in a way.
Just need to tackle the waist now, will a hoola hoop work?
Anyway, any thoughts on body shape change as above, would be appreciated.

Does Woo Hoo count :rotfl:
I wasnt losing at all on some occasions but i was getting slimmer, thats why i believed 'why the scales can lie,' they were lying to me.
Also, my bigger top half was slimming down to match up with my bottom half
Something that has never happened before.
My boobs are not bigger tho0 -

Thanks, yeah! Woo Hoo DOES count! Imagine my glee!
Your top half starting to match up more reinforces a theory I've had floating around since I had (and was able to believe) the 'boob amazingness'.
Only really had it in words today.
Maybe low carb is adjusting us to the ideal shape as far as our genetics will allow.
It seems that (anecdotally) people even out a bit when low carbing for life.
The historical way we used to eat is where we're going back to with l/c so maybe the 'ideal template' comes more to the surface?
It's just an idea, it's interesting. I've been waiting for bra filling capability for 25 years! Now I have it (36A) most of me doesn't care how it happened, nor why :rotfl: The most cautious part hopes they won't dessert me when I lose my 1/2 stone ideal :rotfl: So I'm interested.

The historical way we used to eat
Read that as 'the hysterical way', which is probably more appropriate for some people!! :rotfl:
Tis a madness sometimes!!
Please, please don't let my boobs grow on low-carb!! I have [STRIKE]more than[/STRIKE] quite enough, thank you!!
Lol at the jaw-dropping pole!! :rotfl:
Well, I am absolutely stuffed!! Have just had two quarter pounder burgers (eldest didn't want her's) with broc/cauli mash!! I was hungry!!
Do intend cutting down portion sizes once I get back into the swing of low-carb. Honest. Tis true.0
