Hello all,
Sorry I've been a bit quiet, been ill (migraine). At least that meant I wasn't eating loads of junk (like normal).
Refused the Chippy last night (which is amazing in its self) coz even the thought makes me nauseous -where normally I'd bite off your arm to get to chips.
Fridge-Freezer finally arrived yesterday so I can get back to low carbing properly. Might pop into H&B and see if i can get some of that hamster bedding food stuff. Mmmm, lovely with peanut butter.

Thanks for the link Sazbo...definitely didn't see them when they were posted about before. They look like just the thing to nibble on occasionally.
Doing well sweet, keep it up. I think I need to stay off the puter for a while as people are making me want to punch them. I need to go sit in a corner and chant or summat. See you all later.Herman - MP for all!0 -
They say peppers are carby but i have eaten lots in the past (halved, filled with garlic ,tomato and feta and roasted) and lost lots.
Mmmmm, I'm liking the sound of these  Can you post a recipe, pretty please??
Actually bought frozen peppers this time, trying to save a bit of cash, but will buy the fresh next time I go shopping.
Seem to remember someone said Mr. T value salad cheese (?) is the same as feta?? I did buy some before but it ended up getting thrown out - not very MSE0 -
I'm leaving you!
I'm sorry - after almost a year of low-carbing, I'm convinced my body has adjusted to it, and therefore the only way forward is to switch and change. While it's working for all of you (particularly Mum!), keep on with itBut I haven't dropped (or gained) a pound since January so it's not for me any more.
I'm switching to this one - looks fun and you never know it might shake things up: http://frenchwomendontgetfat.com/section/sub/53Mortgage | £145,000Unsecured Debt | [strike]£7,000[/strike] £0 Lodgers | |0 -
Fertility Problems? - Eat yourself pregnant
Interesting to see the impact that eating low carb may have on fertility.
Higher fat, rather than high-carb, diet appears to have benefits for nursing mothers and their babies Thought this was interesting as well.
I know this is preaching to the converted but it's interesting anyway.

You need to go into your control panel (user control on the thin green bar at the top of this thread) and make sure you have enabled signatures (choose edit options on the left then scroll down the page to thread options and there's a check box beside 'show signatures'). Then go to edit signature on the left and there's a box you can type into to make your sig.
Badger you can just eat differently and still stay to chat, we wont tell.Good luck with the new routine, hope it works. They say a change is as good as a rest anyway, lol.
