Mercy - thanks for the tip off
How are the moggies doing?
Well it's day 4 at the moggie house and Sheldon kitten is being accepted by Sherlock and Holly quite well :rotfl:
Sherlock is being a super old boy and has raised a paw at Holly a couple of times when he thinks she's being a bit rough. Go Sherl! Sherlock is 16 ish and Holly 9 months so Holly is more threatened by wee Sheldon. However, she's stopped hissing now and Sheldon seeks her out sometimes so he mustn't be too scared
Foodwise - Sheldon likes chicken breast and both white and yellow egg :rotfl:
Having a great time! If you could lose weight laughing I'd be a size 10 by now :j

Don't blend raspberries in a bullet type mixer!
All the little stones are crushed up and irritate the throat.
I'd mix the choc and cream then squash the rasps with a fork or leave whole and add that way.

Well I made the pancakes with water and I have to admit they were rank, totally rotten ... The raspberries were nice and the chocolate nice, but the pancakes were rotten, quite disappointed tbh0
-
I cooked them in coconut oil if that makes any difference ?
Should I try them with milk? Does the milk make much difference ?
Should I maybe try cooking them in butter? Or even adding butter ?
Hmmmm not sure0 -
Ok tried it again ( I'm experimenting today) I made it with milk and added a wee bit of butter to the mix, I cooked it in butter also
It tasted much better, still not brilliant by any stretch of the imagination but better than the rank taste of before ... Mr el says he could eat it, he thinks the raspberries cream and chocolate set it off well ...0 -

Didn't realise it was daska that had suggested it - I've a lot to thank you for daska. Whilst I've not had another blood test yet (will wait another couple of months until I've been doing this for 6 months) I just feel so much better in myself, and my cardiac symptoms have completely gone away, so I know that it has been a change for the better.
Thank you! :j
Really glad to hear that your symptoms have improved, I've experienced improvements in so many areas that I struggle to remember all of them.

Can anyone help me advise mr el , he has been faithfully sticking to his lowcarb diet and originally lost 10lb, however 7 of those pounds have crept back on within a week, he isn't doing anything wrong that I can see, he is very very frustrated to put it mildly and I can't think if anything to suggest to him0
