Got phone call this morning to say MIL is in hospital. She is 93 and it doesn't look good. Could be spending a good deal of time at hospital this week.Weight loss 0/2st

Yes I amI have decided to try to keep to 35 -40 carbs as it seems realistic and lower than I was on before. Personally I find it hard to keep to 20 and think that those who do are :A My family are all telling me to stay where I am on the weight front but they are wrong as I am still in the obese category

I have found that a mixture of sesame seeds and parmesan make a tasty crust for chicken etc but I don't know about scotch eggs. Don't double coat things though as the coating falls off!!0 -

Today I have had 1 slice of cheese on toast, 1.9g carbs a slice from lowcarb megastore.
Some home made pork rind, Mr M sells the ready to roast skin cheap.
Then some seabass served with zero noodles fried in a chilli and garlic butter.
Finishing with a shot of vodka before bed :whistle:
Need an early night as DD1 is off to Poland in a few hours :eek:Life is short, smile while you still have teeth0 -

Today has been a really busy work wise so I have not had enough calories yet.
Breakfast was a cup of soya milk.
Lunch was nothing :eek:
Dinner was a king prawn and cauliflower curry, lovely but I am still starving.
I have some eggs in the fridge so I might have some egg mayo soon.
Shiela stick with it and you won't be in that weight catergory for long :TLife is short, smile while you still have teeth0 -
Still being good though feeling a bit hungry. Maybe it is the weather as I am always cold
