Very quiet again.
Back from my brothers and funeral tomorrow.
Love to you all and have a good day xkafkathecat wrote: »Well, I have lost a kilo after stalling for 2 months, so I am pleased with that.

Everything went surprisingly well with the move; a beautiful sunny day, all the money had cleared by lunch-time and apart from half a dozen unpacked boxes it's like we have always lived here.
With all that was going on, we had 3 days off LC - not planned but too much going on. I had bought some mini scotch eggs and kits kats for the removal men, but they didn't want them, so over the course of the weekend the kit kats were handy with the many cups of tea. I was so hungry one lunch-time I had a slice of bread with my ploughmans, at the local farm shop, and had a brownie and ice-cream with my sunday lunch at the local pub. (This is turning into a Marrbett confession!!) Cue sugar rush headache again!
The strange thing is, by tuesday my weight had dropped back to near my lowest for years, and the stubborn 1kg that I thought the flax was responsible for, has gone. We are back on the band wagon now but the blip seems to have done us good (my husband had the same sort of readings). Interesting stuff.
Hope everyone is well, can't see any fitness updates...........????
I'm loving this multi-quoting button!!!
Sheila, hope you are doing ok, and that things weight -wise get kick started next week.
Kafkaf, well done on the weightloss-you must be feeling very pleased with yourself.
Murphy, welcome back, we missed you! Glad the move went so well and that you are settling in. Isn't it funny how our bodies need abit of a jolt into behaving as we want!!!
Speaking of confessionals(:p), I tried an experiment yesterday. I ate a snickers, which I used to love, and true to form, really didn't love it at all. Therefore, my experiment was successful and I don't need to try that one again!! I wonder if it's the same for bounty???:rotfl:0 -

Glad that the move went ok murphydog, a long time coming but worth it. I am hoping that my bad few days will kickstart weight loss next week. I have not had much energy this week and wonder if it is the extra carbs that has caused this. Struggled to do my mile walk yesterday
durham_mim - thanks. 1lb will soon come off.
marbett -keep us posted with your recipes. I find milk chocolate really sweet now.
kafkathecat - well done :T
Have a good day0 -

Very quiet again, how are we all doing?0 -
Hi All,
I've been MIA for a while - carb fest time. Back again. Just how many times can you fall off that wagon? I really don't know why I do it because I know it makes me feel like carp and my knees are sore again. No exercise either due to the pain. Must do better!
Things are very quiet here lately. How is everyone doing?
Sheila - I hope things have improved for you now.
Murphy - great news about the move, I hope things are going well.
Durham - well done!0
