Can anyone help, I am trying to low carb and have these ingrediants left, what can I do with them?

Pepperoni, mozzerla, onions, peppers, passata also have usual cheese type things can buy anything else. Nothing with chicken though please as have chicken 2 nights already this week.

It has all the makings of a pizza but no idea what to do about a base?

    Thanks

Thanks for that, had a quick look but can't stand cauliflower, have tried the cauliflower rice in the past and just cant stomach it. Have seen a recipe using very thin chicken but didn't want to use chicken again.
Doesn't have to be pizza though as other ideas with these ingrediants also very welcome.

I would probably ditch the passata for another day. buy some mixed leaves and make a salad with the onions and peppers (chopped) You could add some tomatoes and the mozzarella and then chop up the peperoni and heat gently then mix in the salad. A good glug of olive oil and some vinegar and no need to worry about a pizza base.
Who I am is not important. What I do is.

    Very quiet again.

Back from my brothers and funeral tomorrow.

I have tried to be good this week but have had a few blips. Maybe, when I drop lower next week this will be of benefit as I have found that a jolt to the system can help. However I have put on 6lb in the past few weeks so must persevere :D

Has anyone lost any weight, got any good recipes or ideas?

Love to you all and have a good day x

    Morning all.
I forgot top mention that I made a quite tasty rhubarb crumble the other day(not low carb, but lower carb) . I substituted the flour for ground almonds, flung a few porridge oats in.
Eaten with big dollops of double cream!! Yummy.

I'm trying to run down my freezer at the mo, so all sorts of odd things are coming out for meals!! The rhubarb has now gone:)

Well, I have lost a kilo after stalling for 2 months, so I am pleased with that.
Recently I have tried Jamie's celeriac mash which was nice. I made a lovely tomato soup out of a tin of tomatoes and some onions and herbs. I turned an old favourite bean and pumpkin stew recipe low carb which worked and then this morning I tried to make low carb hash browns but they didn't work so well. So if anyone has a good hash browns recipe...
  • Morning all  now have internet in our new abode. How you miss it, when it's not there!

Everything went surprisingly well with the move; a beautiful sunny day, all the money had cleared by lunch-time and apart from half a dozen unpacked boxes it's like we have always lived here.

With all that was going on, we had 3 days off LC - not planned but too much going on. I had bought some mini scotch eggs and kits kats for the removal men, but they didn't want them, so over the course of the weekend the kit kats were handy with the many cups of tea. I was so hungry one lunch-time I had a slice of bread with my ploughmans, at the local farm shop, and had a brownie and ice-cream with my sunday lunch at the local pub. (This is turning into a Marrbett confession!!) Cue sugar rush headache again!

The strange thing is, by tuesday my weight had dropped back to near my lowest for years, and the stubborn 1kg that I thought the flax was responsible for, has gone. We are back on the band wagon now but the blip seems to have done us good (my husband had the same sort of readings). Interesting stuff.

Hope everyone is well, can't see any fitness updates...........????
