Lol, it sounds delicious, I was just intrigued about the surprise. Thanks for the recipe.

Hiya
Back from my sisters, on Friday she made me a pizza with a low carb base using almond flour. It was nice but at £5 for enough for 2 pizzas I wont be getting any. And you couldnt eat it like pizza as it was quite crumbly. But I did enjoy it. Except for the 1 tiny peice of scotch bonnet on it  Wont be having that again.
Then on Saturday we went to party in the park and took loads of cheese and meat and salad. They all had bread, cakes and crackers as well. But plenty for me to have. I did have 3 beers and wine though, hopefully it wont have set me back too much. Back to no booze now though.0 -
Oh. Sheila! Tell me about it. I don't know what it is, but when its raining like this, I can't get enough food. I crave donuts, fish pie, you name it.
Just about to have our chicken now. The stuffing looks wonderful! xx0 -
I've been watching x-factor and despairing at the number of singers who seem to be incapable of hitting a note correctly and, even worse, the one who uses an excess of vibrato to disguise their inability. Is this really the best they could find?!
Will you still love me tomorrow? Only if you shut up dear.
With or without you? Preferably with earplugs mate.
Well, the combination of festival yesterday, weather today and ongoing coeliac test lark is ******* with my eating. Have got a severe case of the munchies. It's easier when DS2 is at school and there's no-one else around though, so I'll try to get it under control tomorrow.Eat food. Not too much. Mostly plants - Michael Pollan

Yup, you eat bread/cake...you want more bread/cake/carbs etc, that's my experience too. I used to be fine with bread/pasta/rice, but now..UGH!!!0 -

just made an omellete for brunch and automatically splodged a dollop of ketchup on it. Hope I haven't ruined my day because of it. Are there any 'good' sauces to buy or make please?0

Sheila, sorry I've just noticed you asked me about hemp seeds. They are quite nice actually, sort of nutty in taste and texture.
On the coconut milk theme again, still had a bit left after making the pancakes, so grated a small apple (between me and hubbie), added some cinnamon, greek yogurt and the c.milk, hemp seeds (opt) and mixed together. Lovely and refreshing; in the 13-16g carb bracket I would think.
Need to go shopping now and it's not very nice outside!!0
