jerry, jerry, jerry....... Oi! Oi! Oi! :rotfl:Herman - MP for all!0 -
Just call me Jerry if its easier, I'm not fussed - Couldn't think of a name when I joined, so just used the name of my previous dog three times. Just woken up. Having first cup of tea, then will stick to water after the second.
Today planning to have:
L: chicken wings and salad
D; ommelette.
Going to do some exercise on the fitness t.v. channel, very much into Amy Childs' routine at the moment. She is a bit silly, but the exercises are good.0 -
Morning everyone :hello:
Audrey, those '30 extra calories' stats were frightening & unfortunately, depressingly easy to achieve!! Hope the IF is still going well for you.
SHEILA, have a lovely time in Birmingham with your Grandson, hope you manage to avoid the dreaded Cadburyw0rld!!
Jerry, your routine is obviously working, well done you!! :T
alias, definitely no sitting on the naughty bench allowed*now really must tootle off & practice what I preach*
sister,:D well done on trying the 5:2 IF, I'm still a-dithering on what to do!!When are you going to start the 16:8?? Let us know how you get on with it.
I'm feeling pretty bleurgh atm, my ankles are really achey on a morning & I do think it's because I'm back on the carbs - possible inflammation??
Really, really need to get back to LCing - someone give me a hefty kick up the wotsit will you!!
Hope everyone else is doing ok :wave:0 -
Morning everyone
sweet - a hefty kick duly administered
Yes I am going to Cadbury World and Think Tank but using Tesco vouchers so they will be free. Staying at Premier inn, room booked when offer was on so all in all shouldn't cost too much. I have a free tastecard so will use that for evening meals and have salad whilst DGS has pizza / pasta.
My 2 older grandchildren and their parents live with me so I take them away for a few days each year to get some 1 on 1 and give parents a break. Because DGD is 7 and DGS nearly 12 I take them seperately as they have different interests and argue a bit.
Jerry - hope that the job interview goes well
alias - keep at it, you know that you can
murphydog - fingers crossed
Mercy, sistercas - hi x
Have a good few days everyone :wave:0 -

Look you fat git, stop stuffing food into your mouth and get off your @ss once and for all!
Unless you stop eating crap and shed loads of carb, you will resemble a weeble for the rest of your life! Is that what you want?!
No, it's bloody not so get with it and concentrate on what it is you do want!
You want to feel better, look better, have more energy. You don't want to look like your Mum!
Finger out girl!
How was that? :rotfl:
(You do know that was all nicely meant and jokey. Don't you?:D)

Hi, I'm not sure anyone else eats the same as me but I just wanted to share a couple of lovely meals I have made this week. Low carb pizza, using Rose Elliot's low carb bread recipe as a base and veggie paella using cauliflower instead of rice. The texture of the paella was obviously different but it was delicious nevertheless. I also made a lovely lemon cream pie last week. Needless to say with that and the wine weightloss is slow but steady and as I am in this for the long term I need to have my little treats.0

Hi all - I'm back on the wagon (AGAIN). Fell off a few months ago and put on 13lb so I'm focused to drop it again but keep it off this time. I have a valid excuse but it is still an excuse. Looking forward to catching up with the last few months of posts that I've missed!0

:D)
Yeah
Morning all (although it's decidedly 'dead' in here atm so I could just be talking to myself) :hello:
Hi to kafka & caeler
Thanks to SHEILA & alias for the kicks up the bahooky!!
Odd times here as my youngest DD is on a health kick (vegan) so she's been eating 'differently' & I've been hoovering up any excess stuff that she leavesMostly fruit & spinach smoothies, which are definitely not LC (but quite tasty ).
Anyway, nothing exciting to report, hope everyone is doing ok, will pop back tomorrow :wave:0
