Well I tried making the l/c bread today. In the recipe it says its like focacia, don't know if spelled that right. It turned out ok BUT I don't think I miss bread enough to warrent using 5 eggs and 2 cups of flax plus the other ingredients. It seemed a bit salty too.
I am going to freeze what I made so I can use it as and when but I have taken a liking to the scan bran crispbread and I prefer these over this bread anyway.
I will probably use the bread if I fancy a bacon 'sandwich'0 -

I came to that conclusion about flax bread too
The only really good use I've found for it is making a low carb stuffing with the breadcrumbs, which is lush. I've got some frozen bread, and some frozen crumbs, ready for my next batch of stuffing. It's a pain having to start and make bread when you fancy a bit of stuffing with your roast chicken
I honestly will get round to some exercises sheila, when I've finished mowing the lawn0 -
Nuttybabe - lovely hairband. Are the instructions on youtube???
I bought some pistachios to make that chocolate with coconut oil later. Want to get some silicone ice cube trays to keep them in so I don't overdose on it - I have made it before with peanuts and ate half in one go!
Sheila - I'm going to try the standing push ups too.
I have a couple more days holiday that I need to take before the end of next week, so haven't been to w*rk today. Have been clearing out, but have so much carp in the house I really don't know where to begin. Took some bits to the tip and a couple of bags to CS, so onwards and upwards.
Foodwise today has been good so far:
B = greek yogurt with a spoonful of hemp and a spoonful of flax with nuts, etc in.
L = a whole avocado and a slice of gouda cheese
Picked some runner beans from the garden so they will be dinner with a salmon steak and some buttery sauce.0 -
Sheila - thank you. i dont like the 70% on its own but will get some when i get coconut oil and make that thing mentioned earlier.
Minihauk - thanks. this is the flower tutorial. the hairband is just double or triple crochet, not sure, i learnt off youtube.

Birthday was goodHad 4 days of having a drink and eating chocolate when I wanted but most foods were as they should be. Good news was that on Monday I had just put on 1lb since last weighing on Weds and it had gone on weds this week.
Hoping for another little loss tomorrow
