Apparently, with a BMI of 28 I'm most like a Lady from Lesotho :D

I'm heading for Denmark! Never felt the urge to say that before :rotfl:

I'm changing my user name to "island spice" because apparently I'm most like someone from Grenada - not sure I want to head for Uruguay LOL, it doesn't sound like an improvement, noticed Iran and Libya a couple of stops down the itinery as well, better buy new clothes.

I'm not sure what's going on today Sheila, woke up with pain in my left hand and it's spread up my arm into my head - at the moment it's a bit like someone's constantly checking my reflexes by hitting my funny bone. I'm wondering if I've pinched something cos it's all on the left and normally the pain wanders around more. Might take some diazepam tonight to see if it releases it.

And I'm getting carb cravings, which might be due to totm or that I've started including carrot and corn (the only frozen veg I had in stock as I have too much month at the end of my money). I'm being good but it's a bit of a struggle. But today I've had two servings of frittata (using up the eggs and the veg) and lunch was a cheese salad.

I've also complained to the Co-op about the revolting syrup that they are now selling under the guise of caesar dressing. Their's used to be one of the better ones but it's now 'new'. I did complement them on their refraining from using the word improved - on the basis that presumably they knew that wouldn't be truthful.

BMI 28, I could be from St Vincent and the Grenadines, sounds good, wish I was there for real, given the weather!

Had a really successful LC day today, now it is evening and the challenge starts, this is when I get the munchies! I am going to bed, taking the laptop with me and watching a film, with a great big pot of herbal tea by my side. Only way to stay out of he way of temptation for the first few days.

    Good night all!
Finally I'm an OAP and can travel free (in London at least!).

I'm most like someone from Papua New Guinea!!!
BMI is fine, but I know I still need to shed those pounds.Apparently if everyone in the world had the same BMI as me, then 31,177,587 tonnes of the world's population would be removed. What a thought......

    Breakfast-egg, mushrooms and haloumi
    Lunch-Tomato,salami,cheese, salad
    Dinner-Aubergine and pepper bolognaise
    Strawberries/blueberries and mascarpone with cream.
    YUMMY.

I do think I'm in the minority :o

    Morning all :hello:

I'm a bit dehydrated this morning :o How many carbs in a whole bottle of red wine??

Had an impromptu bbq last night - 4 x chicken/cherry tom/mushroom/red onion kebabs with a cheesy cauli/leek combo that looked like baby sick but was actually very nice.

Haven't decided on meals for today but I'm thinking of making my version of Mercy's mexican fudge (no chillis ;)).

    Happy LC days everyone
