Step away from any remaining gin hannoja. :D

Oops too late! There was only a bit left, so we've had a couple each.

Great loss for a start! Half a stone! Not to be sniffed at!

OH and boys were bleating about a take away so I got myself some pre-cooked roast chicken thighs from Mr A's. Had a couple, then also had a couple of KFC chicken pieces after removing/donating as much of the yummy breadcrummy skin as I could. Quite satisfied now

Sorry Maz, but I can't stop giggling every time I read that!

Sorry about your OH Sunny. He's lucky to have you to look after him.

Sorry your having difficulties at the mo. Cas. You're better than me. I just turn into a screaming banshee at them sometimes: not that it makes a blind bit of difference. Skin like cow hide they all have :rotfl: Lol at the 'freezer roulette'!

Well done on the cycling Sheila! :T :D Can't say that those spa-type things appeal to me either, but you might be so glad you went. And you have over a month to 'prepare' yourself :)

I was eating 4 Bassetts sherbet fountains a day just before I restarted low carbing.

Tesco was selling them 4 for a pound, it would have been rude not to. :D

Morning, woke at 6.40.. damn body clock, been up at that time for work and coulda done with lie in. Horrible rainy day and i'm coughing and full up with a cold :(

Slight weight increase due to rehydration, only half a lb though and i did suspect the loss was due to slight dehydration from the wine.

Bit bored now.. cant do much as everyones asleep, i spose i could iron........... nah :p

Morning mazzers, up since 5.30 myself. I get up early most days as it is the only time when it is peaceful and I get time to myself.

    Hi everyone:wave:

Sorry to hear that you have a cold, good excuse for a hot toddy I think!

I hate ironing so only do what I must. I leave the washing quite wet and hang out flat so mostly it is t- shirts. Recently bought a hand held steamer in Lidl for £10 so will give that a try sometime.

Have a good day everyone and caeler - a few chocolate buttons won't hurt, once started I think that I would have eaten a whole bag:D

    Have a good Sunday everyone.

    Rather quiet today.

Been a bit down today :( i must get out more.

Started eating an hour earlier today to cheer me up as i was fancying toast.
Just means i have to go an hour longer tomorrow but i'm sure stress will help that along.

Have to point out that even wine didn't give me heartburn on Sat after Fridays few glasses.. unheard of :)

    Whats everyone up to??
Lunch prob, ours is at 4pm when sonnny boy is home from work :D

I'm just back from taking daughter into town to get hair clips. Shops are full of nice clothes, caught sight of myself in my big black trousers and coat and felt old, fat and horrible.

I'll join you in feeling a bit down. :(

Mind you I think if I was thin enough to wear the stuff I wanted to, I'd only embarrass my daughter. :rotfl:

mazzers & alias - come on now, life isn't so bad but the weather is enough to put a dampner on everything:D How about a nice skip down the road, waving your umbrella and singing, I'm singing in the rain. Done it before when I'm down and gives everyone a good laugh.

We are not fat, just generously proportioned and lovely with it:)
Would you really want to be stick thin, as I like my curves, though I'd like there to be a few less of them!

Will be cooking most of the afternoon as it keeps me busy and off the chocolate. I need to have things in reserve that I enjoy in case I get tempted.

    breakfast - 1 scrambled egg, 1 rasher bacon & 1 ryvita - 7 carbs

lunch - stuffed mushroom and few nuts. Decaff coffee with cream - 4carbs

dinner - roast gammon & chicken to give plenty of cold cuts. Broccoli, cauliflower, carrots (few), swede, celeriac dauphinoise & baked onion

    Keep smiling:)
