Hi guys! Got room for a[STRIKE] small[/STRIKE] fat one? I'm back! Anyone save me a chair?
I've been thinking about low carbing again for ages, but it takes me forever to get my head in the right place before I'm able to start again.
I'm in a bad place at the minute (just for a change :rotfl:) and I need to do something before I finally fuse to the couch or get too fat to get off it.
I've spent 7 months in this new place we moved to, hating it and trying to eat myself happy but all I'm doing is killing myself I think. I'm even bigger than I was last timeand I'm absolutely knackered all the time, partly because I'm overweight and partly because I do even less moving than I did back home.
Anyway, head seems to be ready so today is Day 1.
I'll need to have a quck scan through the thread again to see who is still here and who is new (to me at least) but heeellloooo to you all (again) and I hope to spend many a happy time [STRIKE]copying your recipes[/STRIKE] chatting away.Herman - MP for all!0 -
Dear God!
Mrs G is boiling up fish and prawn heads to make fish stock.
The smell is overpowering. I think it's put me off my dinner.0 -
I remember in the past thinking, on a bad day, that I might as well have everything that I liked as I'd gone wrong anyway:eek:
<holds up 'the T-shirt'> Yep :wall:Hi guys! Got room for a[STRIKE] small[/STRIKE] fat one? I'm back! Anyone save me a chair?
Wb Alias! Was wondering where you'd got to :hello:
Sorry things haven't been great for you, but nice to have you back
Cas...
No matter. As others have said, start over tomorrow. Tomorrow's a new day. Tuesday is the new Monday :rotfl:
I'm feeling fed up too. Not sure why. Think I must be a depressive and it just goes with the territory. Don't fancy pills and prescriptions (what happened when I did tell the Doc. a while back): prefer the DIY route (eating better, Yoga, etc.. ). Some of us just ain't wired quite right.
Ho hum.
Thank goodness tomorrow is a new day
On a nicer note, my boys were listening to this on their DvD player over and over the other evening, and we've been playing it a bit since. Beautiful isn't it?0 -
hi guys applogies for my absence but im back and 3 pounds lightern. You may recall me saying how I has stalled for a good 3 weeks well it turned it that it must have been the sugar free sweets as ive been off them now for almost 2 weeks and off has come 3 pounds. Yes it could be a coinsidence but sweeties are no longer in my diet for good. So ive just another 9 pounds to loose now till my goalMad Mum to 3 wonderful children, 2 foster kittens and 2 big fat cats that never made it to a new home!
Aiming to loose 56 pounds this year. Total to date 44.5 pounds 12.5 to go. Slimming World Rocks!0 -
