    Hey Yargo,

I'm ok thanks, probably been in a bad mood today because I was staying with my aunt and she went out at 9am. About 10 minutes later the neighbour was battering on the door to get their car out the drive but I was in a pair of shorts and camisole, no way was I answering the door! Ok now though. Played squash earlier so that helped.

I'm in Glasgow now. A meet up would be good. Don't know if I will be able to afford it but if I can actually manage to get a job rather than coming second each time I would definitely come along! :j

    p.s. good bargains!!! :o

Hi you seem a lot more upbeat today, thats fab... lol i dont think i would have answered the door either !

Im in northampton  so a bit of a trek but we should aim to do it at some point this year. sarah, totally understand about leaving it a bit..maybe after our 3 month frugality????:A

I think a meet up would be a great idea eventually, just want to be skinny and rich first:D

I am on the decluttering path again, have made 2 bags of clothes for the charity shop, gone through my bedding and thrown out quite a bit, am going through my bags of nice clothes and tidying them and will add a bit more from the wardrobe to give me some more space.

I need to get 2 bookcases really as the 2 I have are only small ones and I can't just leave a big pile of books lying around on the floor. However, I will have to manage for now as I won't get anything in the next 3 months. Also need to sort out shoe storage:D

Last night I was on the grabbit boards and I saw a bed which would be perfect as I need a new bed, it was the perfect style and it was only £60 and it had lots of space underneath for storage. It was reduced from £95. I was going to get it, but I had a think about it, (it was 2am so I didn;t think there would be a rush on them:D) and I decided not to, I have a bed which is perfectly servicable even though it takes up valuable storage space and yes it was a bargain but there may be other bargains later when I have my own house and I am looking for a bed. I am still not sure if I have made the right decision though, it is the style of bed I like and was only £60 and icould do with the space. What do I do?

Im still here at job two for another hour!!! Then how exciting (Not!) to be going home alone (as no lodger now!) and to be surrounded by the clothes that are falling out of my wardrobe and on the floor! Sarah i need to de clutter and should really follow your example... But after being here since 9 I feel like i should just go home and have a nice bath and put my jammies on! maybe ill try to tidy a few things!

Whats everyone else upto at the moment and / or got planned for this evening...

 I know you're right. I am seriously short of space though so may think about getting one at the end of 3 months. This is very hard though- only 2 days in and I am really struggling already. icon9.gif Will have to keep ploughing on though, this is the type of thing that got me into this trouble in the first place. icon9.gif

    Hi,

Just found that I'd been paid today for tomorrow so went to feed my car, wash it as some buggar has sprayed coke all over one side of it, and then spent £31 on food and toiletries. Must admit did spend £6.99 on a bottle of wine, slurping it now.

Haven't got round to applying for jobs yet today, putting it off but need to start it tonight, even if I just start it the ball will have started rolling. Relying on these recruitment consultants is a waste of time I think.

Cleaned out the fish tank, did some washing. Trying to work out how to fix a catch on a bag before an evening out next Saturday.

Paid £80 to Littlewoods direct and paid my monthly credit card bills with an extra £10 - £20 tacked on each payment.

    How is everyone else?

Oh my god, I have been sitting in my childhood bedroom in my dad's house, no lights on or anything, just my tv with the door closed, and a 15 year old Spanish looking child charged in the door. I got such a fright I pushed the door closed and dialled 999. I chased them down the stairs (on the 3rd level), 3 children, then they ran out of the building. I think maybe they were trying to steal from people's houses?

    Hi Yargo,

I'm ok, I filled my wine glass up again, I phoned my dad and told him what happened. He said that he will keep the door locked at all times in the future. It's just another reason that I hate being here, it's in such a bad area. My parents used to wax on about how they bought a beautiful victorian flat when they were married but that they had to sell it because a road was being built through it. But they moved into a council flat and stayed there. Apparently this area was desirable in the 70's! Well, they put in junkies in the flats and now they are empty and they are pulling them down. It's like Beiruit here (well, not quite, but looks awful) with god knows what roaming the streets. A nutter man yelled at me "woman drivers!" as I parked my car last Saturday. He was walking along the street with a "carry-out!". Now, I might sound like a snob, but I don't want to be around these people! Argh! I told the police not to come out as there was nothing taken, at least they know now that they are roaming looking for loot to steal.

I'm ok, just needing to fill up the glass more!

    How has your day been?

glad you are ok, it must have really shook u up mind, sounds like area has gone bad there, but the trouble is it dont take much these days, here in northampton my area was super 5 years ago, now its mainly all rented out to people and not wanting to be bad but all mostly from overseas.. no english and shift workers that they dont care if they dont shut the doors/play music 24/7 and have full blown conversations outside peoples windows at 3am!!! so i sometimes think im living in a ghetto! nightmare!

work was ok, fairly manic. answering calls for people on behalf of various insurance companies so that the policy holders can make claim.. the biggest annoyance is that the one where they can do it online is where the majority of them seem totally computer ignorant! lol

still home now and have had a lovely bath and got jim jams on . no wine. being good, i cant possibly manage a whole bottle tonight so will have a cup of herbal tea instead ( gosh that sounds so unappetizing!)
