Hello yorkshire lad, we have lost a few men recently so you are most welcome:D
Spends today £2 on a scratchcard:o and 50p on a packet of crisps.:o Have not made a comprehensive plan as busy today and tomorrow, but will do it over the weekend. Will probably be a 3 month plan and then I will see where I am.Pay/save £20k in 2010 £5888.75/£20,000June Mini target 0/5lbs Total 23/40Ebay profit 2010: March £207:) April £95:) May £130:) June £0 Total £432:j0 -
I think the suggestions to post spending, food etc on here to help each other along is great - can we add activity to it too because this is where I really fall down - haven't been within miles of a gym for years...and it shows:eek:
I think we can all put anything we do which helps with debts/diets/exercising, basically anything we are proud of:j or need to confess.Pay/save £20k in 2010 £5888.75/£20,000June Mini target 0/5lbs Total 23/40Ebay profit 2010: March £207:) April £95:) May £130:) June £0 Total £432:j0 -
Evening all & welcome to Yorkshire-lad
Hollyberry - I know you werent being dismissive at all, rather trying to let us know that a good man could peer through the lard  I know you're right... but I dont want to be with a man who is happy with how I am now because I am not ( although for a complete wardrobe & shoe replacement scheme I will consider it).
I've just watched Dr. Regans diet clinic & thank goodness for a sane woman who confirms what I already know: eat a healthy balanced diet & get plenty of exercise, that's it.
Today's food consumption : 2 cups coffee, loads of water, 2 apples, 2 small bowls of cereal( one for breakfast & one just now as a snack) one salad sandwich, one bowl mushroom soup with 2 slices of bread.
There is no chocolate in the house, no crisps, no cakes, no biscuits, no meat, no cheese, no veg, no fruit & tomorrow I have to go food shopping or we may well starveThe only snacky type thing I am buying is rich tea biscuits - thanks Buffy for reminding me of them .
spending today : £5.20 on a pack of dye ... I now have a gorgeous rich conker brown skirt which will get worn rather than the garish purple one that had hung in the wardrobe for years, scaring me each time I got it out :rotfl:0 -

Am stuck on what type of diet to do, low carb, low calorie, chew properly and stop when you're full (seems the easiest but I can't stop when I have yummy food there) juicing, grazing....
I need to lose this weight. i have stopped thinking that I am overweight and taken the leap of acknowledeging that I am fat. And I am not a fat person in my head. So I keep forgetting, catching sight of myself, and being surprised.Pay/save £20k in 2010 £5888.75/£20,000June Mini target 0/5lbs Total 23/40Ebay profit 2010: March £207:) April £95:) May £130:) June £0 Total £432:j0 -
I watched Dr Regan too, and I think it was interesting when ahe had 17 people to try her diet pills, which turned out to be placebo, but most of them did lose weight, but they were eating an healthy diet and exercising.0

Well you need to stop that immediately. You have a time frame for when it will all be over. Remember it. Get what needs doing done and then run for the hills to sanity and happiness.

I do so hate that, and it always is such a surprise. I think "crikey she's had a hard life" and then realise oh its me.
