    Hello...

Bowski here but I'm at Nicnacnoo's.

Am I the only one here not drinking? :confused:Am I missin anything??

I've been seriously thinkin about facebook and I am just going to de-activate my account for a while. I spend far too long on there,I spend more hours on facebook per day than I do in work and I work 5 n half hours. I have loads and loads of things to do around the house and everything just gets left coz I'm too busy looking at random people's profile, viewing pics. I love wedding photos wether I know the mugs or not! So until my house is tidy I am de-activating my account. There's only 3 people on there that I care about keeping in touch with that the only way I communticate with them is FB, so I shall be sending them my number and email add and keeping in touch that way. All my real friends have my number.

I am also addicted to MSE but that's got to be a good thing??!! :T

We also got the same reaction out of our Mam about Matched Betting and she knows there's 'a catch'. We just changed the subject as we knew there'd be no way to convince her otherwise!

I am really looking forward to camping this weekend, there's loads of us going and it's a working farm so will be good for the kids (yep we take them too) Also it's one of the kids birthdays and we're going to a nearby wildlife park on the Sunday and the birthday boy is going to be a keeper for the day. I never used to drink when I went camping but last time we went I had BLU WKD for breakfast, dinner and tea! I really enjoyed and can see the same happening this weekend, much to Nicnacnoo's delight, as she's never quite understood my lack of interest in alcohol before..especially when camping

What does everyone else have planned for the weekend?

    What's everybody drinking?
Though no one can go back and make a brand new start, anyone can start from now and make a brand new ending

I'm thinking I should do the same after I just replied to a friend's status which was "Reading Heart of Darkness". I thought she was referring to Reading, the town where she lives, but it turns out she meant she's reading the book Heart of Darkness. I thought she was being a bit harsh on Reading :o

I think gambling still has a stigma attached to it, and actually I never mentioned it to my mum due to my dad having a gambling problem in the past (as well as his many other problems..!), but when mentioning it to friends and colleagues I realised that some people are very fixed in their views that you don't get something for nothing. The conversation can get a bit awkward if you try to convince them, I found..!

Fab, I went to Folly Farm in Tenby a while ago and fed milk to a goat - recommended

Going to a friend's wedding near London. I am looking forward to it but why do all my friends seem to be getting married or having babies :o

I'll be on call 24x7 which in my job requires being fit to drive.
