I'm off to phone the hotel to book my room for the Friday as well. :j I've informed Mr TM who pulled a face cos it means he has to rearrange his usual Friday evening

I will only be able to make it for the Saturday afternoon/evening (depending on DS's success in football tournament that day).

Will you have an idea of where you are going to be on the Saturday? I would still love to come but don't fancy wandering round Brannigan's on my own trying to find you all. Although I live about half an hour away from Blackpool, I have never been tempted to get to know it very well so I'm not too sure of the location of the car parks, etc. If I know beforehand, I can look up on the A to Z where you are and choose an appropriate car park! Thanks, I know it would have been easier to stay over but childcare, etc makes it impossible for me.

Me too. My OH has finally confirmed he is working on Saturday, so I'm planning to come along for a few hours. Blackpool is only about 1/2 an hour or so away from me, so it won't take long to get there.
No alcohol for me either, so a good mooch around the shops & some fish & chips on the front sound good to me! I know the place in Bispham that guinness77 mentioned, we always go there. I'm sure they used to do a portion of fish & chips for £1
