I am half way through the one on hen parties - it is so yawningly boring. I have written something down for the assignment about transport too but it needs padding out - I am getting there slowly.0

Hello All
Sounds like everyone is being productive.
Only spent an hour in the office today, OH is using the laptop to practise his LGV theory test which is tomorrow! So I have used it as an excuse to get things done around the house. Just about to start ironing in a min then will be cooking dinner.
Means that tomorrow I will be hitting the office big time & doing my tacho's (my most hated job!) but I will be happy to do that as the house will be clean.
Think will come in here very early tomorrow morning & get loads done so can do stuff later in the lovely sunshine.
Have listed 4 small things on ebay today, am determined to get rid of my tax bill asap. Only a small start but it is a start - determined to list something everyday for the next couple of weeks. Also OH & myself are sorting out any old gold we have & plan to take that to the jewellers (sp!) later this week.
Anyway, OH wants the lap top back, catch you all later.0 -
Eeek - I haven't really done anything at all today. Went to work this morning, then to town to bank some cheques (for hubby - not mine unfortunatley) then straight to school to collect kids.
Back home at 4pm - daughter in a right state, needed 30 mins of cuddles and mummy daughter time, while i kept thinking about my article.....
So Here I am just starting for the day and not likely to get anything done at all. That means two artilces need doing tomorrow.
Off to aerobics tonight then straight to bed i should think.
Horace yurt articles sound about as interesting as mine - lovely insurance0 -
megs - I hope your daughter has recovered from her traumatic day at school.
I have decided to finish off my assignments tomorrow morning - I work better in the morning, then I shall go and do my mystery shop (anything to earn some extra money).
I had a call from Business Link this afternoon regarding the lemon who cold called me etc. We had a good chat and now I have yet another contact who could be useful in the future. I asked her if Business Link made a habit of employing people who had had several businesses dissolved by Companies House for failing to file accounts? Needless to say she was horrified and asked me how I knew, I said that I did my homework especially as I thought I was being conned - she has reassured me that the weasel will not get further employment with them. Anyway, I am happy, I have figured out what I am doing next and I cannot wait to get my new business cards to put my plan into action:j:rotfl:0 -
Hi all
Jobs to do today:
Mystery shop
Finish the assignments 1 if not both
Ring my new accountant
Ring the hotel in the Brecon Beacons who want me to work with them offering free weddings (how that will work I haven't a clue).
Make an appointment to visit Snow Business
Start tidying the office and maybe look for a filing cabinet (desperately needed), maybe even an office chair and hopefully the local stationers will give me a discount:j0 -
Woo 2 contracts for me to translate today.. and I was planning on doing housework. What a shame0
