Yes you can still get change from the bank - or most post offices if one of them is nearer to you - you might need to warn them first if you need a lot though :)

    Thanks GA and Monkeymonkey :-)

Fingers crossed that your band get the gigs Horace. Doc put me on Sertraline first and I only took one tablet of that coz it made me really ill, thats why he changed me to Prozac.
    Happy birthday for Sunday

I Bzz too! :D And I have the half tonne of Colgate sat here too trying to work out who to palm it off on :rotfl: I mean I have the BIG tube and even if I keep a couple of the small ones I can't think of enough people to give them too there seems to be that many! Oh well... :)
Bzz are actually quite good I think once you build up your "status" from the first couple of surveys (if anyone wants to be referred let me know! :D)

  • Bzz sounds really good. We actually use Colgate here, so I would have been well happy.

I have tried the Tesco Value Toothpaste (35p), but my teeth started hurting half way through the month and I don't even have sensitive teeth !!

If you could refer me to Bzz that would be cool

I blame Angel - her slothy ways have rubbed off on me which means that I havent done much today:rolleyes: Had a call earlier (13.26) from the chap I used to or kind of go out with occasionally (when it suits me) to say that he was on his way to Shrewsbury and that he would stop in on his way back at around 15.00 - yippee I thought he can change some lightbulbs in my office but he called me at 15.52 to say he has just left the inspection in Shrewsbury and was driving back to London for a 5.30pm meeting - he seems to think that he will be back in time and I think he wont be there til at least 7pm:rotfl:

I have no idea what I have been doing today - I have nothing to show for it. MrsT - I have a cunning plan for this box of Colgate, I am going to take it to my breakfast meeting on Tuesday and leave it on the bumph table:rotfl:

S'pose I had better think about going and preparing some dinner - have a box of mince, an onion, two carrots and some spuds to cook - maybe I will do a cottage pie or even a cottage pie without mash and use sliced spuds instead.

Horace - I get regular invites for campaigns with Bzzz. they are great... I got the toothpaste as well as I have really sensitive teeth. Like you wouldn't believe. In fact i am sat here right now in agony as I have come in from outside. that is when it flares up - changes in temperature. So I have rubbed on the toothpaste and it is easing. it doesn't work immediately but it does work better than any other toothpaste i have tried.I carry one of those little tubes everyewher i go now. My dentist tells me my teeth are fine - they don't feel fine! That's my Bzzz over - but i jsut have to put in a good word cause for me it really works.

IO have written an article this afternoon which i am not convinced by. Problem is that the last 3 articles I wrote for my insurance guy have been sent back to me for a rewrite. Don't blame him as they weren't good, but I just don't seems able to ge them right lately. i don't know whether to test the water and see if he is going to send it back again - which might make him a bit peed off. or to just sit on it for now. Can't really afford to do that though. i need to get paid for it.

Not sure what to suggest about the articles - if you have acknowledged that they weren't right then you need to change them, maybe he is testing you.

Not really used to Bzz agent - so need to go back online to see if they have anything else for me, I seem to have been a member for ages and ages but havent really had anything until now.

you need to do at least 3 or 4 Bzz reports each time they send a product. this moves you up the scale. Best thing i got from them was a steam generator iron for £20 and a free sample of chocolate. I ahve also gotten a book, apple crisps (yuk) intuition razors and more. Well worth the time and effort i think.

I sent in the article after i rewrote parts of it. Fingers crossed. I think I just lost my confidence after his criticisms. the joy of having a brilliant writer as an editor - he will alwys find fault. Others just go along with everything i do. At least i know i am getting good tuition.
