yea, my main concern is being caught out, im planning to get an iphone at the end of this month, i dont fancy waiting another 2 just because of rumours. I also don't want to get owned by the price drop that would most likely happen.

Caught out by what? surely a new version would only make existing versions less desirable and therefore cheaper? what's so bad about that?

    Puzzled, Hove.

James, these people are normally quite accurate:

If you buy a new iPhone now, you'll almost certainly have one of the "old ones" in a few months time.

    MD's pay quite well actually.

You can also get a discount if you work for John Lewis, National Rail, DGSI group and loads others. I'll get the list tomorrow if I remember.

To get the discount you have to take out the contract or upgrade through o2 and have to provide proof of where you work such as a wage slip.

I would be really grateful if you could post this list?

Anyway, thats the whole point, i don't want them to be cheaper if i'm buying one now do i? thats the point, i'd want the newest one.
