You seem to be getting more hours, but instead of using the money to reduce debt, you are still spending. You've got to try and stop yourself comfort spending.
57 pence per day for the next month isn't going to go very far0 -

This has been the first week in about a month and a half that i've had any extra hours, and it's only because i am moving department and need to get the training first before i move, and believe me when i get my August pay i'll be throwing what i can at the New Look card to try and get it cleared.0 -
I hope you don't mind me saying, but you seem to spend a lot of time living for tomorrow and not really tackling your debts/ enjoying your life right here and right now.
Just seems a shame when it must be causing you unnecessary stress.

I think i do seem to think ahead and plan ahead alot. I dunno i've just kinda always been like that, I make wee lists and stuff of what i need to/want to in the week ahead and stuff...i know!!
I think i need to stop doing that and deal with the here and now0 -
So i am not working today or tomorrow.
Planning on just chilling out today and doing all the washing and ironing and tidying up tomorrow.
Think i am going into town later with my friend to get some holiday brochures, for next year. Just too see if we could maybe afford a week cheap week away somewhere.0 -

Please don't think I am getting at you, but in the space of less than 2 hours, you have stated that you think you need to deal with the here and now - ie getting enough money in to make ends meet on a day to day basis........and then started talking about affording a holiday next year.
If you cannot earn enough to see you though the week now, how are you going to save enough to cover even a cheap week away next year?
You really do need to be realistic right now, and although a holiday would be nice, paying your credit cards and learning how to budget is pretty much an essential right now.Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. Please please pay off your debts before you even think about booking a holiday! You will have to find a booking fee and make a comittment to your friend when you have no idea whether you will be able afford to pay the balance nor if you will have any spending money or money for new clothes ... You will easily find a bargain last minute deal at the time.
Your priority should be to find another job well in advance of starting university, and if you can't see that then we are all wasting our time. You have just written to all your creditors asking them for time to pay, which will mark you credit file for the next six years. Your student loan is not going to solve all your financial problems.
I'm not going to read your diary any more, it's upsetting me.Declutterbug-in-progress.⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️0 -
no, we just wanted to see how much it would be. Neither of us have ever been on holiday ourselves (without parents) before and had no idea how expensive holidays where. We thought it would only be like £200 for 2 weeks next summer. Turns out its like £600 each!!!
So yeah don't think that'll be happening0 -
So today has been quite good, havent been out the house, so haven't spent any money.
My bestie (also supervisor) phoned me on her break to say she has a 1-9 shift going on Saturday if i want ityay so more hours!
She also asked me if i wanted a shift tonight, but i have just washed and hung up my uniform to dry, and there would have been no way it was going to dry by 4pm
Since i've had my Ebay selling priviliges reinstated, i have listed some stuff on ebay. Only 10 things for now, as i don't want to get carried away like last time then realise that i can't afford to post the items to people.
Do you think that if i emailed Amazon, they would reinstate my selling privilidges on there? I was about 16/17 when it happened, i forgot to post 2 books to people and haven't ever been able to sell on there since0 -
So today should be alright, just got up there and made a wee coffee.
Lots to do today, and i doubt i'll even make a dent on my list but here goes:
Ironing (I have done about 5 washings in 2 days, and it all needs ironed)
Tidy my room
Hoover my room (there is hair everywhere!!)
Download Episodes of True Blood to watch tonight/tomorrow
Need to do my pink, as its fading (my hair)
Then get a shower/hair/make up for work tonight0
