Largest beef piece I found was priced at £8.62 and the width was about 4inches/10cm, so perhaps wouldn't feed for 4 adults generously. I went for the chicken instead.

My beef joint was about 1.1kg - £9.19 Obviously rummaged around trying to find the biggest bit I could get. Will feed two adults & two kids easily.

We ate ours today, Salmon, roast veggies and choc cheescake. It fed 4 of us (I did add extra veg) and it was lovely.

I AM SO PROUD OF MYSELF!!!!!!!!

i got a 2.930kg chicken (£12.86)!. i went in at 10am after rushing and there were 3 froidges out with em and i 1st picked up a £12.26 one, then found a £12.36 one and swapped and then found the £12.86 and none of the other fridges had any higher. MY GOD ITS MASSIFFFFFF!

was gonna get the new potatos which is defo more than 4 folks! but saw the massif veg medley with potatos so got that! and profiteroles as ma mum wanted them last time.

WHATS UP with the deserts tho?! that cheese selection was TINY and i thought it'd at least be the standard £6 one they do! in general i thought the desserts were poor! i dont have a sweet tooth so im lucky but for those that do puddings and stuff im sure ya'll were gutted.

wine selection was cack too, but luckily its not for me! i got the chardonnay as i refused to buy that organic water wine double bottle thing.

who got the salmon?! it looked well bufff and big! anyone else notice people NOT searching for larger birds?! people just seemed to pick up and go along to the next... NOT me i searched for the BIGGEST! why buy the standard medium when you can get extra large?!

ive just seasoned the old bird for tomorrow... will do for lunches next week too. whoooooooooop :D

excellent! my store only had £7 ones left and not many, so im guessing the beef got cleaned out first! i bet its lush aswell. m&s meat is second to none!
