Asked my dad if he knows anyone, going to check the free ad paper and double check freecycle - but thats not been very good lately.

Morning All,
NSD yesterday. Going to dig out my old beads and jewerly stuff that i bought years ago and see if i can make anything worth selling. Have a few ideas for xmas gifts too.
Was at work early again. Hoping to go to Lidls this weekend and get some bits from there rather than tescos.
I am still looking into courses and what i want to do.0 -

BT - AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
Ok, breathe, I was checking online banking this morning and they took £69.17  When its usually only around £38. So spoke to them this morning and they have a new billing system
Where they take money in advance. Well i wasnt very happy and the contact ended a while ago so i asked when i could leave, i needed to give 2 weeks notice so i did and have just gone through quidco to get virgin broadband - £60 cash back :j Not tracked yet, but will check later. Virgin is only £20 for the first 3 months, then £25 so cheaper than BT too. So its not to bad in the long run. I shouldnt have another bill from BT as the current bill takes me up to the 21st - the date BT finished. Virgin should be up and running with 8 days do i shouldnt lose connection at home.
Ha, bloody BT they always make me so mad
Anyways ITS FRIDAY - and i already have no money :rotfl:
Need to get some bits on ebay, can i sell my BT hub on there? Will have a look and see. Best get back to work, busy busy busy!0 -
Today is the day from hell,
Boss is away and i get a email forward to me from HMRC they want P&L, cash flow forcasts etc. We dont have a cash flow forecast!!!!!!!! So have spent most of my time sorting that, at least the sheet is made, just need to fill in the boxes, lol. So i will be coming into work tomorrow with munchkin to sort it all out as its got to be ready for Monday - cant do anymore today, been here since 7.30 and my eyes ache!
Looking forward to going home, hot bath and bed!0 -
Forgot to add yesterday i spent £11.45 on food at lidl's. I left it all at work last night so bought it home today. I love lidl mozzerella was half price - 29p BARGIN!!! So i bought 5
they dont go off til 28th so it gives me loads of time to make up some pizzas for the freezer. Its still looking very bare. But i seem to be ok doing the shop like this. Theres still about 8 meals in the freezer. Have yogurts, butter, cheese - loads
and some other bits. Most of the brie i ate at work, i couldnt resest.
Joes still at his friends house and is due home at 8ish so i have to get a move on with dinner, torillini pasta - lidls, it was 69p and i usually buy 2 for £2 something at tescos, so alot better value!
Got to be up early tomorrow, need to get some washing on and have a bath. Oh there is so much to do and i really dont have the energy!
Suppose if i got off here it would help :rotfl:0 -
Well im off for my hack very soon - quite nervous, should be good though!0

Well we are back from our rides, had a lovely time and Joe enjoyed it too! Im so grateful to my dad as i couldnt of afforded to it this month.
We have already had our roast beef dinner. Will have toasted sarnies later tonight with some sort of afters. There is loads of beef left, some has been sliced for sarnies this week and the rest im going to turn into cottage pie, which im really looking forward too as ive never tried doing it wih left over beef joint before.
Joes tutor has been and gone, it was a good lesson. Joes nearly asleep and im thinking i might join him for and hour (wishful thinking). Bathrooms clean, just need to get up and do some more washing and the plates from dinner.
Money wise this month i am so poor. Ive made some braclets and phone charms just waiting on my new bank card to i can sort out my ebay account. Will carry on making a few bits to put on. Also got a few ideas for xmas pressies too.0 -
Well the leftover beef has been turned into the base of a shepherds pie, 3 indivdaul ones and a larger one. Still have some left for a sarnie tomorrow and for beef noodles in the week. Quite impressed it was £7.12 tescos finest roating joint and they were half price. Its provided 8 meals for me and Joe, plus sarnies and ive nibbled a few slices. I got the slicing machine out and used that seemed to make it go further.
Meals for this week are
Mon Beef Noodles
Tues Sausage, mash and beans - Joes favourite, mine will be with veg and gravy
Weds Mac Cheese, Grilled toms, green beans
Thurs Veggie Hotdogs, wedges and salad
Fri Spag Bol
Sat (L) sarnies / soup / salad
D Pizza night - will make a couple extra for the freezer0
