Morning All,
Joes tutor is here so i thought id pop on. The flat is resonable, just a quick once over before bed tonight so i start the week with a nice flat. Still need to sort Joes rooms though, but that is a huge task.
Ive grated some cheese ready for dinners next week, saves me doing during the week, its only a couple of mins, but it all helps. The shepherds pies isnt going to happen today as i forgot to get the mince out of the frezzer so dinner will be some left over gammon ham, with mash and veggies. Ive also made some ice lollies, 6 orange and 6 butterscotch (angel delight) for during the week. Ive taken the last half of the choc tray bake out of the freezer and might have some of that with custard for afters
My dad has asked if we want o go round today but i think we might just have a day together. Im sure there will be a daft film on this afternoon at some point. Plus i am just shattered - i just have no engery this weekend.0 -
Afternoon,
Busy at work, which is good as the time flys by. Joe went of to the childminders today, quite happy that there is no school.
Im still dreaming of having a house with a garden! I know one day we will get there, but i WANT it now, lol. Im fed up of hearing rubbish music all day sunday. Yesterday after the tutor went i put razor light on full blast for a while. I think they got the message cause the volume did go down a bit. Joes bike also got destroyed yesterday, someone took it down - i store it outside my front door as there is no room inside. The wire for the brakes has been pulled out, my dad can fix it, its just winds me up!!!
I will have a house by the time im 28, my own or rented.0 -
Morning
So tired, lol. I need more sleep. And i crashed put early last night. Havent managed to catch the early train today either. I will get in early from next week for free as its the half term - saving and earning me money, so thats positive
So its just the ususal train fare today.
Best get a move on and hurry Joe up!0 -
Evening,
Im so tired so of for a bath and bed very soon.
Not feeling great and had to buy some painkillers, also run out of joes eye q thingys so had to buy some more of them, it was good timing though as it was 3 for 2 and id only just run out from last time the offer was on, expensive at £17.98 including the discount but needed. I did treat myself though, i got a £5 of voucher for skincare, so bought some eye cream for 6.84 but with the fiver of i got it for 1.84 so im not feeling that bad about it.
Hopefully i will feel better after a bath and a good nights sleep

Hello All,
Ive been feeling really ill lately, im better than i was but because i felt so rough we have been eating pretty easy dinners and i havent kept on top of the house work at all. Ive caught up a bit this morning as Joe has been with my dad so i could have a lay in this morning, somehow i was still awake at 7.30, but i stayed in bed watching a bit of telly with a cup of tea. My dad called a little while ago and he wont be back until 5 so munchkin will be hungry and tired - hopefully!
I still need to go out though and get out of these jogging bottoms, i need some milk and washing powder and a few other bits to get me through the week and then its payday and i can stock up the cupboards again. The fridge looks so bare!
I really should get moving!0 -

Well im feeling better, a day and a half of doing nothing has helped wonders. I did manage to get to tescos yesterday and bought the last of the shopping for the month, we have gone about £25 over so far. But we have had some really expensive treats over the month, asparagus - which isnt cheap at £2.49 a bunch and other nice bits like cheese and nice fruits. Quite scary though as my freezer is nearly empty!
I got a bit of baking done yesterday, used the last of the steak to make plate pies, 2 are in the freezer but im going to give one to my dad and there is a cherry tray bake in the oven now, half of that is going over to my dads as well. Going over to his after Joes lesson has finished for a BBQ so that will be a nice afternoon.
Joe has a new system in place to earn time on the internet, he has to compleate a worksheet ive printed of from the web. Each worksheet is worth 15 minutes. He has loads of spare time when he is at the childminders and i figure just one sheet a day practing times tables, additon etc will help
The flat is still a bit of a mess, just needs a good hover and dust im not too worried about it, an hour should sort it, and i will crack on with it when i get back from my dads.
Looking forward to friday - which means pay day! Just a shame my childcare is going to be sky high!0 -
Morning All,
Start of the free lifts and getting in early, so saving and earning at the same time :money:
My dad has a great idea of taking munchkin to a stables as Joe wants to try horse riding. Which i dont mind, but i havent been to a stable since my horse was sold 8 years ago, he was a huge part of my life and i grew up with my horse - god i sound sad, i broke him in myself and he was my life for 7 years. So im a bit emotional at the moment. My dad has pursauded me that i need a hobby for me and he has TOLD me im going out for a hack at some point next month - which i really like the sound of. I havent been on a horse since mine was sold but i dream of riding. As long as my old horse isnt there then i will be fine
Need to start looking at Augusts budget though, not long til friday!0 -
Morning All,
So glad im getting a lift in this week the weather is fowl! Where has summer gone? I need some sunshine all this grey is making me cold and miserable.
Havent yet looked at Augusts budget but swapped over gas suppliers yesterday, got £40 of my first bill which is good. BG should end up owing me some money, going to log on and check my account.
I have also been thinking (again) about where i am going, what i want to do. At the moment, work is just a job to pay bills and i know im lucky to have it. But it isnt what i want to do. Im 24 and need to start sorting out where i want to be. I am seriously thinking about going back to school.
We will see!0
