As usual you are a complete armchair amateur. If you really must give such advice, why don't you read their t&c first? It wouldn't be the same coments had you done that; but the idea of dealers protecting cashback customers is truly remarkably stupid!0

Oh go away if you can be rude and obnoxious !
You do not know what I read or don't read, stop patronising me and others with your usual abuse.0 -
Actually, you have been abusing me and others for months for warning against another dealer (if you may recall we are actually customers and you were not) - and all those warnings have now been clearly shown to be totally justified and based on my/our factual knowledge - which was constantly challenged by you and one or two other diehards. I DO know that either you HAVEN'T read the t&c of THIS dealer, are too illiterate to actually understand them, or (more likely) haven't bothered to read them prior to making your statement simply because it is clearly and unequivacally WRONG. My post on this matter was specifically about this dealer for a good reason - one which, as usual, is beyond you.0

Your quotes "As usual you are a complete armchair amateur. If you really must give such advice, why don't you read their t&c first?"
Where do you get off calling me an amateur and talking about T&C which had no relevance whatsoever to what I stated in the earlier comment. But you simply wanted to butt in and repeat your usual comments and patronise others.0 -
Actually you were the one "butting in" - and the fact that the answers to your questions have already been provided shows yet again that you don't know what you're talking about. Amazing that apparently the t&c (which were the base of my original post) "have no relevance whatsoever" to your comments afterwards - specifically geared to this dealer who is apparently SO altruistic that they are concerned to "protect" their customers.
In case your memory is as flawed as your analysis, you did say "In 2011, with VAT rising, company like BMP have more chance of working out the right cashback amounts to be paid as they ask for all monthly bills to be sent for each claim." - or did someone else take over the typing for you?
Undeterred, you still a) can't be bothered to read the t&c of the company you now imply are so caring, despite being pointed in that direction and b) don't think it's relevant either to your responses or my original post. It's a pity that those who are so blind insist on leading others down the same naive path.
One day when you stop spouting misleading nonsense your posts might be useful. Unlikely to happen though given your recent comments.0 -

What is your problem?
Do you not like anyone else having an opinion?
Do you not like throwing this gibberish about t&c and thinking everyone is an idiot in the whole universe EXCEPT for you because you are the only one who reads t&c.
Do you want a thread for yourself so you can just talk about yourself?0 -
No. Some of us DO read them and since we actually have contracts with these dealers and do know what we're doing we think it's rather fundamental. Of course, those who like to advise and give opinions without knowing what they're doing - like you - need to be addressed lest those who know no better act upon them. Otherwise the advice based on not bothering the read the "gibberish" might be taken seriously. I'd quite like to sit in on a court presentations by you against one of the dealers having failed to read the t&c because they are gibberish to you. Perhaps you think you're SO knowledgeable you can act upon them without knowing what they actually say. Simples.
The lack of importance you give to the t&c sheds light on why (for months) you jumped up to defend Mobiles.co.uk in the face of the facts, the lies of the rep and a long line of other actual customers (not sure you see that as significant either, since you weren't one) who were also posting with various problems with that dealer.
To go back to my original point for those who are lost in the "gibberish", READ the t&c and don't take out a deal with THIS dealer in particular until 4th January unless you don't mind getting less cashback than you might expect. For those who can't be bothered, go with this dealer and see if they may look after you in 2011.0 -

No you do not get back to the original point - I did not mention "t&c" anywhere till you came along and started calling me an "armchair amateur" and telling me to read t&c.
My comments related to VAT rise and the affect on retailers and mobile companies, and how 3 retailers might cope with the change and impact on consumers.
Whether people read t&c is upto them, I had no need to point out the obvious. But you of course, with your vast knowledge wanted to butt in and call names and treat people like idiots - again.0 -
Of course the t&c are "irrelevant" and "obvious". If people follow advice that like then they will deserve the results they get. Fortunately, most people have learned to avoid such traps. When I do "butt in" - and it wasn't me who did - I at least try to ensure that I know what I'm talking about. That's why I generally confine my posts to things like this. The only thing which is obvious here is that you take an entirely different approach - which is your right. It is mine (and others) to point out when your advice or information is just plain wrong - which is usual in your case. It should come with a wealth warning.0

Well congratulations, you are so clever and you try to ensure everything.
I am not taking any approach - I am not here to boast about how much I know about cashbacks or tell people to read t&c or not read t&c (that privilege is left to you as you keep repeating again and again).
I merely made some comments regarding VAT change in relation to its impact on consumers and mobile companies (did not mention t&c anywhere) , and you decided you had to throw some names and started going on about "t&c".0
