Jillie - Chris has nursery curtains coz my mum bought them but bump will have plain ones from Asda they are very nice and I think they were about £10 (they are linen look) but will need a black out blind which for us is another £10 ish but I think the curtain/blind combo is a good way to go because I only close the curtains for daytime naps so bubs knows that its still daytime nap not big nighttime sleep

this was what i was thinking of getting. some plain curtains. i can get blackout lining from dunelm as well which a friend recommened several years ago, when she was having probs with getting her little girl to stay in bed past 5am in the summer lol. just dont know what colour to get.
was thinking cream or lime green

I think cream or lime would go nice or if you get cream/undyed ones you could dye them any colour you fancy :D
I got a 'natural' wrap sling and have got some bright purple dye for it coz I love bright purple but no-one seemed to make one that colour
there is a colour chat on dylon http://www.dylon.co.uk/colours.html I went for intense violet but I'm thinking sunflower yellow or goldfish orange could get you a nice shade to go with lemon walls ;)

    Afternoon ladies...

AF, lovely to see you here and welcome to your baby girl :)

AM, Hope you feel better soon hun!

I'm really annoyed... Bought a mango from Tesco last week... Been waiting for aaaaaaaages for it to ripen up, thought it had now but when I cut into it, was still unripe in the middle and going bad round the edge! Had a banana... But it's just not the same :(
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

Home from college for a quick lunch, back at 1pm. Waiting on the doctor phoning me back on my mobile, took another dizzy turn today, actually a few of them. Hoping it's just hay fever and I can start taking my antihistimenes again, but Just checked my BP at home, 150/92 and then 154/100, so going to take it again and again till it goes down! And I can't eat, every mothfull feels like it just wants to come back up. Should really stay at home and rest but die to the strikes, today is the only day we get a fell day of classes. So feeling a bit pants especially as I'm only 18/3 so please send 'those high BP readings are just stress' vibes! I'm being a hyprochondriac aren't I?

    ((Tia))

Can you sit with your feet up or have a lie down for a bit? I'm sure it'll go down soon, its likely just worry. My dizzy spells and flashy lights are to do with water retention according to MW! I'm retaining a lot of water in my heat, eww.

When I was in the other day, one of the midwifes is pregnant herself, and she has the most awful case of white-coat syndrome! I thought that was a bit funny, seeing as she is a midwife!

LOL! I have white coat hypertension but never with myself before! :rotfl: Got my feet up for the moment but got to go in... now. If I atleast show up to biology and then go home I can grab what work I need to do and get my attendance mark. GP still not called back. I honestly think it's just hayfever that's making me dizzy, my eyes are dry and burny too grr...
