To use and abuse (kidding!).
Thanks0 -
Lizzie I agree with Jillie - personally, I would prefer to have my friends at the wedding over the hen night0

Thinking back to my wedding, yes I think I would rather they came to that. Some of my other friends didn't come to my hen weekend and went to someone elses thing instead- but they did come to the wedding (I don't think I was annoyed0except they had known me longer than the other person-so maybe a little). But here it wouldn't be because I had something else on so I think it will be ok (and also I will get to avoid the other woman who I really do not want to spend any time with whatsoever).0

Quick question re: baby monitors and such.
We're looking at this monitor:
http://www.babysensemonitor.co.uk/index.html
It was either that or the Angel Care - and from what I have read, this one has less false alarms, plus it has two sensor pads.
I'm not really finding it through main shops, like I am with the Angel Care monitor, so I'm wondering what others have thought of it. It's my understanding that the NHS also uses these monitors (although, hey, that could be good or bad in anyone's books, right?).
Has anyone seen them anywhere else? If so where? And what type are others here using, if any? Thanks so much!!!!MSE mum of DS(7), and DS(4) (and 2 adult DCs as well!)DFW Long haul supporters No 210:snow_grin Christmas 2013 is coming soon!!! :xmastree:0 -

Tine - walk it off?!?!? I can recommend the get OH to rub it better approach - much better
I've had an awful nights sleepWent to bed early with OH and he gave me a lovely, if a little short back rub and then a bug snuggly hug
I know he wanted more but didn't push it :A sounds a bit silly I suppose but I love him for not trying to get more coz I know he's gagging for it!
I woke up at least 5 times through the night with pain in my calf and had to stretch it out, thankfully avoided getting cramp in it tho but it's still sore and making me limp a bit0 -
jillie - DS2's room is lemony yellow and we have a winnie the pooh decor - the curtains are yellow, blue, and white - we've been looking at the Jungle Safari stuff at Mothercare, which has lemony yellow in it tooMSE mum of DS(7), and DS(4) (and 2 adult DCs as well!)DFW Long haul supporters No 210:snow_grin Christmas 2013 is coming soon!!! :xmastree:0
