Don't think they'd let me have a monitor, they are huge things on wheels! Some staff have little ones, but they are really unreliable. My MW does it the old fashioned way, she doesn't like new technology!

I'll mention how I'm feeling tomorrow, see what they recommend. I assume there are a few drugs they can try? It won't be that if this doesn't work they'll whip him out with no warning?

I'm going to PM you cos it could be medical advice ;) well not really, but still I don't want Tine to get all angry and shout at me :o

LOL, Gorden Ramsey likening someone to an appendix! :rotfl: I like him but hate the way he swears all the time, there is no need for it and he sounds too posh to carry it off he always sounds like he is doing it for the cameras. Wonder if he swears like that at home or if his wife beats the crap out of him?

    Hi all..

Just flitting in and out tonight.. trying not to sit down for too long otherwise I'll stop! OH has been looking a tad sulky tonight but cheered up when I started doing jobs so I assume he's feeling a bit hard done by :o

Going to have a proper read of the other boards over this weekend, gearing up for Project Budget, starting 1st April. Only got four more full pay months left and barely any money in our own Baby Fund! Gotta get serious now and get the bills paid off.. :( All suggestions welcome, btw!

    Evening all

SamiBee - I, too, asked to join FB group, then read your later post & realised what you meant, so cancelled request! Will join later when we've told folks! If you need to check my real name, please PM me! Thanks & sorry.:o
Only just told DH last night after tea (had dating scan yesterday). Didn't exactly go down like a lead balloon, but not far off, been worried about telling him 'cos he wasn't keen on no 5 - keeps saying he's too old, etc! Bit of a quiet night, but got cuddles & more this morning, so think he's OK for now! I've known for about 6 weeks or so & it's been awful not having anyone to talk to. Might tell sis soon - she'll keep it under her hat until I say otherwise - at least I can talk to her if DH has another funny turn! :D

Need to stop eating carp, too, had too much sweet stuff & rubbish recently. Before last baby I'd been going to WW & was still in habit of eating really well, also couldn't eat much at a sitting & physically couldn't eat rich things, so only put on about 8 lb & that in the last 6 weeks or so. Actually got worried but MW asked what I was eating & said baby would be fine, as I was still overweight it was benefitting both of us to eat better (my words there!)
Not childminding over Easter, so chance to start getting house in shape & cook some decent meals. 29 weeks to go, so if I do one small thing every day, there's time to dejunk house & reorganise bedrooms, etc.

God, this is long & boring, sorry folks. Do I sound like billy-no-mates with no one to bounce off? :o

Oh I forgot to brag that DH took us to pizza hut for dinner tonight :D It was great, kids were little gems and we were all stuffed (though I could do with a lil something something now). DS2 ate more than the rest of us, bowl of spaggy bol, 2 slices of our large pizza nachos and then ice cream! He has hollow legs that one!
