Official hat on here notice - can I just remind everyone that the only place that you are allowed to post codes is on the Vouchers and Codes Board (or whatever it's called these days).
This is for legal reasons as we have to monitor the codes very carefully in case they are not "sharable" according to the terms and conditions... whilst most are fine a few have caused problems and to safeguard MSE they all have to be posted on that board only to make them managable...

Well todays plans have been thrown a little up in the air... My aunt who had a brain tumour sadly passed away early this morning. The doctors thought she might last till the summer at least but she just gave up when they stopped treatment. She went downhill very quickly yesterday and passed away in her sleep early this morning sorrounded by her family and friends.
I'm glad she went quickly and peacefully but also very sad for her children and my uncle...
And I really really wish people would stop dying during this pregnancy... that's 4 people now who have passed away and it's starting to get to me. I think if we ever decide to have any more children I'll be checking everyones state of health before we start trying because I really don't want to be going to any more funerals whilst pregnant.
I can't go to this one as it's back home and I am now too far gone to fly or to want to fly and it's probably just as well... everyone would be worrying about me "in my state" and it's a day that should be about her and her family and especially her kids...
Blessed be.DFW Nerd #025DFW no more! Officially debt free 2017 - now joining the MFW's!

Pausing for a cuppa and a teacake
Progress is being made - at long blooming last! Wardrobe now sorted into three piles: "Don't want at all" (charity shop), "Want but can't fit into" (vac bagss - one of work wear, and one of casual stuff which I'll want on mat leave), and "Want and can still fit in" (back in wardrobe)... Sadly there's not much left in the last pile!Ah well, at least I can write a shopping list now

Couple of questions..
Do you think I should wash and iron everything I'm packing away in vacuum bags? I've never stored anything in vac bags for a long time before (only duvets!). Some of this stuff has been in the back of my wardrobe for a good few months untouched already. Or should I just do it when I get them all out again? (will a quick iron suffice or will they need washing again anyway, I guess is what I'm asking!).
Also, when can you go back to wearing underwired bras? I was a 34D so all of my bras were underwired. I am intending to give breastfeeding a bash..
Thanks!0 -
elle, they do sell BF bras with underwires on so i think as long as its a perfect fit then they are ok, i cant wait to get my E's back into them either! it feels like i'm wearing training bras again at the moment lol. i'm going to wait a couple of weeks til i know the size has settled before i invest in something fancy like them though!Mummy to

I used to wear shaped (but not padded) tshirt bras for everyday wear and I've found some nice, very similar to what I had before, tshirt bras from Mothercare so I've been wearing them. ETA: These ones (just wish they did them in nude too!)
I've never had a sports bra (sports bra = exercise = _pale_) - don't know if they'd been as supportive for everyday wear as a proper maternity bra
