Morning all, still no baby here!
Just a quick post to say pushchair arrived, went for buzz 4 (even though I had never seen one in the 'flesh'!) seems really nice and easy to move.
Hope everyone has a nice day - sun shining here already! x:j :j :j:A0 -
Morning all
hope your rash and itchiness is getting better AM, and loads of labour vibes choccie and everyone else who needs them.
I have so much to do today, including a pedicure and manicure
Came to a compromise with DH, who is golfing as I type, he will be back to make me a fry up at 10, then I have the rest of the day to myself.
I have to collect some stock for my car boot sale tomorrow, then pick up some pieces for our holiday on Monday then pamper myself this afternoon, then when I get home DH is doing dinner while I pack.
Why can I not do bed rest for more than 3 days
DD is coming with me to help (or spend my money) so will still be trying to take it easy.
Im feeling so excited so about going away, my emotions are like a rollercoaster atm.0 -
ARGH. The cleaner at the hotel came in at 8am and woke me. This was my lie-in day because there's nothing going on till 11.
And the baby is not moving as much as in previous days, so I am now freaking myself out. There's still some movement, but I think she's pointing the other way. I'm 21 weeks today. GRRRR.
Labour vibes from out of my rage to anyone who wants them. I'm going back to bed for a bit.Organised Birthdays and Christmas: Spend So Far: £193.75; Saved from RRP £963.76

blinkin' typical!!! have a nice week off work and no lie-ins not one... think the latest i've managed to stay in bed is 9.30...'Children are not things to be moulded, but are people to be unfolded'0 -
Awww Sugar I hate when they do that! Even if you don't have the "do not disturb" sign up there should be a time before which they should NOT be knocking especially at the weekend! I'd complain to the reception if i were you - they might let you have a free treatment if they have a spa or something
You never know...
I've been up since 7 - neighbour turned his car on to defrost and it's a diesel grrrr - if we didn't get on with them so well I'd have shouted at him I swear! (I say 7... I gave up and got up at 7 so I must have woken at 6:30)
Roo is bouncing around again - nothing new there then lol - and I had to get up 50 times during the night to wee and my itch is back again too so was not a comfy night at all! More cream applied this morning even if it isn't as bad as it was couple of weeks ago - try and nip it in the bud...
Today the plan is to go to Tesco to pick up the black out blinds for the nursery and our bedroom - Bargain at £15 each woohoo! Then tidy, fold clothes, clean, tidy some more, do up bundles of baby clothes and list on Ebay, get the item I sold last week packed up and ready to send as the buyer finally paid after much prompting and prodding...
And IF possible then I will try and do a little gardening... I can hope...DFW Nerd #025DFW no more! Officially debt free 2017 - now joining the MFW's!

Morning all
Not been on for a while as to be honest have had a nightmare couple of days.
Basically, I've been having problems with my vision for the past 2 weeks but on Thursday it got really bad so work made me phone the midwife just to check it was all ok. Turns out not, I was told to go straight up and it appears my BP is through the roof, so the long and the short of it is that they're really worried it's the start of pre-eclampsia so I've got to be monitored twice a week at least from now until the end.
I know it's for the best but I'm feeling really down. It seems that ever since I found out I was pregnant nothing has been going well. Just feeling really low and can't seem to get my act together to go and look at baby things and get organised you know? I don't know if I'm alone in feeling this way but I'm having real problems getting excited about it all.
Anyway, moan over, off to catch upYou laugh because I'm different - I laugh because you're all the same0 -
Tinkerbell - fingers crossed for you hun. I've got to go and be monitored for glucose tolerance after reatedly having glucose in my urine together with growing slightly faster than they are happy with... I have gone from being just on the lower line to bang on the top line for growth - so they want me monitored and checked for gestational diabetes
Like you it seems nothing is going right with my body in this pregnancy - thankfully there is no sign that baby isn't doing well... she's zooming round still bless herDFW Nerd #025DFW no more! Officially debt free 2017 - now joining the MFW's!
