i wouldnt say trafford is any better. the next there is half the size of the manchester store as is new look (cramped)
its shocking how few stores actually do decent maternity wear!!
have you tried George at asda, they seem to have some lovely things and wont cost a small fortune?? i've had a look and they have some really pretty tops suitable for work/going out. i have to go to Pilsworth as mine doesnt stock the maternity range but at these prices i dont mind

Mrs Moc - If you are still having problems with savoury foods, when I was a childminder I learnt that Honey glazed grilled chicken works well as do sweet potatoes. I let the children taste the honey then showed them it was going onto the chicken so that they knew it would be sweet. HTH.
Quick Rant
I am off work today because I woke up at 3am in agony, so I called the midwife at 9am to find out that yes I do have SPD. This is something i have complained about on several occasions but they didnt think it would get any worse as I am in my 3rd trimester!! Grrrrr So now I am awaiting a letter to establish my Physio appointment. Hurumph. I am not going back to work till I can walk to the loo (at home)in under 1 minute...Currently takes me 5 minutes from the bedroom which is 5 metres away at max......grrrrrrr
Rant over
Hope every one is well today and enjoying the sunshine.

Argh, someone is mowing their lawn out the back and the smell is giving me heartburn... What's that all about?! Can't shut the door either because the little kitties are experiencing freedom and I don't want them to think they can't get back in and wander off...A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I'll catch up in a sec... Went to see midwife and she's now booked me in for a Glucose Tolerance Test - she looked a little baffled when I already knew what that entailed though LOL but thanks to people on here having had them it wasn't as scary as it probably would have been if I hadn't already known what it was...
So on the 3rd of April I'll be hoofing it in again to be monitored for 3 hours after fasting all night... baaaaaah humbug!
I have also been banned from sweets (HA dream on!) and "junk" food... fat chance! Might cut down a little though... have seriously gained weight and my belly is 34cm so it's edging ahead of the everage now - when it WAS smaller than the average...DFW Nerd #025DFW no more!
