Yep - I've got a mains pressure combi boiler (Boiler Mate) which is only now coming into it's own - no need for electric pump. Can't wait!

Well I only shower every other day - more often than that and the ecszema on my legs flares up. I do shower more often in summer - but on a much cooler setting.Still wish I could buy a TARDIS instead of a house!0

I have a quick shower every morning and sometimes in the evening as I cycle ten miles a day to get to work. I've got a shower mixer attachment from Argos (about £10) which works well, but my flat is on mains pressure so that helps.
However, you don't NEED a shower every day - that's just part of our modern obsession with hygiene. We especially don't need power showers or wasteful shower gel.
Back in the day, people had one bath a week and a wash at the sink every morning instead. When I was in the forces we learned to wash with about 1 pint of water a day, you basically use a small towel to scrub yourself down with and squeeze all the water back into your mess tin.'Never keep up with Joneses. I often shower twice because I go to the gym, but I try not to wash my hair twice. At weekends I try to get up & go straight to the gym to avoid the showering twice thing.
I too have liberated many a shower cap from hotel bathrooms!0 -

Hi guys, I have a shower when I think I need it. Maybe twice in two days, then maybe not for a couple of days. Occasionally I have a bath, like last night. I wash my hair approx every 5 days and never ever wash my face with anything. I never use conditioner and I rarely use a hairdryer, I have one my Mum got me for my 15th birthday (I am 43) and it does a good enough job for someone who probably only uses a hairdryer every 6 months or so at the most. I use whatever shower gel is to hand and hubby uses Wrights Coal Tar Soap. The 5 kids use bucket loads of whatever the latest craze is and spend about 30mins in the shower with the water running so whatever I do is making no impact what so ever!
I rant and rave but get told to get a life!!! They are all beyond money saving, life owes them a living and they are going to extract all they can.

I have a shower every morning and a bath every night without fail. I only wash my hair every other day though; it's quite long so I twist it and pin it up roughly and keep the shower head low. Even when I'm really ill, I still have to have a bath or I can't lie comfortably in bed.
(If DH doesn't shower, he's not allowed to cuddle up to me in bed!!

I have the mind of a criminal genius. I keep it in the freezer next to Mother....0 -
My hairdryer died about 8 years ago and I've never replaced it.I was amazed to find out that people dry their kid's hair with a hairdryer, checking for nits takes long enough
I don't use conditioner either,in fact expenditure on toiletries and cosmetics is minimal.I'm clean though!

Find out what fuse the shower is on and after ten minutes in the shower pull it out. No power means no water :rotfl:
The other one is to knock on the bathroom door saying you need the loo now and they have a choice either they get out the shower or you are coming in.
