Why isn't Equitalk on the MSA callchecker listing? (Apologies if it is but I can't find it!?)

    TIA

The international callchecker says that it is updated daily however for several weeks now it has been showing incorrection information when calling Bulgaria Mobile using ratebuster. The access code is wrong and also the rate charged is wrong. This checker is great but if it is out of date then it can be very misleading and hard work to find out the new cheapest call provider. I did email the call checker email - but nothing has happened .

The Call Checkers are updated regularly and get their latest info from websites, and your notice it says.

    Important Info Before You Start

    • Always double check prices on providers website before calling
    The info given at http://callchecker.moneysavingexpert.com/intcallchecker/bulgaria-mobileRatebuster.

    is the same as
    http://www.ratebuster.co.uk/pages/cheap-calls-bulgaria.aspx

If its wrong its the fault of the provider not MSE. British Gas Comms/Centrica own Ratebuster why not tell them.

Are you anything to do with Kleeneeze

Their prices are high and they still talk about local and national calls.

    www.equitalk.co.uk

Site says Rates correct from 1st Dec 2006.

Thanks Ypaymore, I did realise that I need to check before using a number. Also, something strange must be happening for me because even when I click both of the links you provide I am getting different rates and numbers. The ratebuster website shows me 18p/min and the callchecker 15p/min.
Ah just realised what you mean. The blurb on the ratebuster website is out of date isn't it. If I select Bulgaria then it gives me 18p/min. They must have two sets of information

I have emailed them to request that the information is made consistent to avoid confusion.

Hi Ypaymore...I can't quite tie in your answer with my question!?

No I have nothing to do with "Kleeneeze" whoever they are......I am an Equitalk user who wondered why they don't appear in the MSE listings for cheap call providers?

I asked because Kleeneeze promote the service, and apart from that their not exactly a cheap call provider. They have not bothered to upgrade their site or review prices for over 3 years, and compare their prices against old BT tariffs.

EG. They want £8.95 a month for a 24/7 01/02/03 call package where as BT only now charge £4.99 a month.

Interesting. I don't pay a monthly charge for domestic calls with Equitalk and everything after 6pm costs 5p flat rate up to an hour (then cheapest to put the phone down and dial back). I pay 2GBP a month so that we get cheap calls to Tanzania mainly and also Sweden.

I'd be very interested to know of better services for the above, please?

    TIA

    Vigman

PS Anyone else sticking with Equitalk?
