Daughter's Lady Care from Avon arrived. £7.95 with £5.00 off code plus a bit back from Quidco. A question; if it's fitted to the pants, will it still work with a sanitary pad in situ?

I dont see why not. It doesnt go in the same place as the sanitary pad.....:o

I went into my local Boots and they had never heard of it
We must not, in trying to think about how we can make a big difference, ignore the small daily differences we can make which, over time, add up to big differences that we often cannot foresee.

Went to Lloyds pharmacy and bloke behind counter looked at me like I was a nutter - said he didn't know what I meant and tried to sell me ibuprofen! What is the Boots one called so I can ask in there and have precise details to tell sales assistant - maybe they might be more helpful - heres hoping!

ok, ring the pharmacy. tell them the PIP number is 289-0598. They can then look it up on their computer and order it for you.

    I got mine from Ebay.
It cost less than I would have paid from Avon. It was one of those Best Offer things.

It is no longer in stock - I emailed them earlier this week and was told they update and replace stock regularly to keep up with trends etc so don't carry same stock all the time. I think I mentioned it further back in the thread.

I've just got one off ebay for £6.99 + £1.50 p&p Both my daughter and I have really heavy painful periods so fingers crossed it works.

Would pelvic floor exercises help relieve the pain? I had my first period after my baby's birth 16 mths ago last week, and it was pretty bad at first; but I know my pelvic floor ain't what it used to be.

Does anyone know if the 'devices' to help strngthen these muscles work?
I ave a dodgy H, so sometimes I will sound dead common, on occasion dead stupid and rarely, pig ignorant. Sometimes I may be these things, but I will always blame it on my dodgy H.

Sorry, I'm a bit of a grumble weed today, no offence intended ... well it might be, but I'll be sorry.
